I can't recommend PK Automotive highly enough. They responded to my 'Who Can Fix My Car' ad within a couple of hours. Were easy to deal with when booking in my car, and easily remedied a problem that two other garages had diagnosed 'unfixable'. The price was absolutely right, and the diagnostics fee was so worth it! Overall I was happy with the job I had done. Parts look quality, fitter did good job and price was reasonable. The reason I give a 9/10 is the reception side I feel did not do what they promised, I left my work van to have work done, 1 hour max and was told I would receive a phone call when job completed, I never got a call and was waiting and waiting in anticipation. I would recommend garage and will no doubt use again in future. Steve. Lincoln.

Absolutely fantastic! They picked the car up and delivered it back for no extra charge. I gave them an extra £20 by accident and didn't realise, they called me back to tell me so I really appreciated their honesty.

Excellent service. They managed to squeeze me in, in very short notice. Staff were friendly and there was only an hour wait until my car was ready.
