Great Service, Excellent Value. Chris looked after me and honoured a month old quote. He collected my car from my house at a pre-arranged time and brought it back later in the day. He was friendly, efficient and very helpful. All in all a first class experience and should anything need doing to my car in future Mongers will be my first stop. Oh, and the price included a new water pump as well as the new cambelt.

We received the quote (to replace a whole mirror assembly) well within 24 hours of the request. They saved me some money because I sent pictures of the broken mirror and they explained that because the new mirror will be an identical replacement, the original blue mirror panel which was intact could be saved (avoiding cost for additional parts and colour spraying). They were friendly and accommodating. Well worth checking them out.

They collected and returned my car and charged less than the agreed price of £225 because some parts were cheaper! They did not clean the car - I must remember to ask them to do that next time. Car cleaning is usually included.
