First Class Service! I haven't had a garage fix my cars for about 10 years and would have done this myself but found myself in Cardiff with no tools and a problem with the car. This was not an easy job and to do it at the roadside shows considerable skill and courage. It's an old car too so it's inevitable that when you start digging you find more little problems. I was kept informed at every stage and am very happy indeed with the results. This will be my first choice if I have any more problems when I'm down in Cardiff
Really nice guy worked hard and said job was completed ready for our weekend away to tenby. Car seemed fine but when we got home we noticed a wheel bolt missing so we phoned him up. He came out next day to tell us he forgot to tell us he hadn't put it back on and that he had broke the thread and shaft which we were obv really annoyed about as we had drove to tenby with 2 toddlers and the car was unsafe to drive. He did fix the problem without any hassle and was very apologetic. Just glad we got home safely from tenby. But wouldn't use this service again will stick to the garage.
Don't normally leave feedback but was so impressed with Paul turned upon time sorted initial problem but another problem occurred kept me informed of the problem picked up the required part he could have just fitted it but didn't think it would resolve the problem ,great service will definitely use again. called him out, took car for drive and said clutch and possibly dmf, parts ordered, told the job could be done on my parking bay, unfortunately he broke a wheel nut so couldn't remove wheel, I was asked to call someone to fix it, in the end after a few other issues I said lets just stop , it needs a garage, I paid him for the parts and booked it into a garage, the clutch was changed and dmf however it wasn't the clutch which was broke it was the gearbox so all in all a hefty bill ive paid and another one coming my way, I think he was polite and did really want to do the job but it was the wrong diagnosis of the fault and a massive bill ive paid half of it now, but a job like this and as the garages has said should not be attempted on the parking bays and needed a garage from the start, so lesson learnt for me, stick with a garage for big jobs, sorry I have to be honest I wont recommend or use his service again after the error on this scale total 640 to mobile mech and 750 for the garage its in now to fit a clutch, but I feel at ease now with the mechanics they are with

An excellent service provided from James. I needed the job done in a rush and luckily he had availability the very next day....the price was very good and he turned up exactly at the time he said he would. I then simply let him get on with it. Under 2 hours and the job was done...which included a test run. His service was totally professional throughout. I was amazed at what services James could offer - especially by the road side. He'll even do welding and get you an MOT! I couldn't recommend James enough.

the price I was quoted was not the price I paid as it appeared that my issue had been misdiagnosed. 3 arches however were prepared to honour the original quote which is commendable.

This is the first experience with 3 Arches who originally quoted for full service and MOT. Unfortunately my old vehicle was beyond repair but I obtained an almost new replacement vehicle at a very good price. I had exceelent and courteous service. Thank you!

was a bit gutted spending a lot of money replacing the bonnet latches and locks, but the garage overall done a brilliant job!
When I need some welding work done to my Ford Galaxy to get it through the MoT, TSSST responded to my request within hours. I called in to see them so they could inspect the vehicle and we agreed an estimate and a day and time when the work could be done to ensure it was well within the 10 day re-test period. The guys at TSSST (particularly Martin) couldn't have been more helpful, friendly or accommodating. The work was done to a very high standard, within the time-frame agreed and only a few pound over the estimated price due to further patch of underside corrosion being found when the cill was cut away that needed plating. I would have no hesitation in recommending TSSST to anyone seeking body repairs or resprays.

I am unsatisfied with the service I have received. Having taken the car in on Friday 19 June, I picked it up that same evening and was told it had been fixed. However when taking the car out again later, the problem reoccurred, only 10 times worse. I therefore returned the car to IN AND OUT the following Saturday morning at 8am. I left the vehicle with them and arranged to hire a car until Tuesday. I was forced to make daily calls to the garage to find out what was happening because I was hiring a car on a daily basis and needed to know whether I needed to extend the hire. This went on daily until Friday 26 June when I was told a specialist had been in who's advice was that the coil and spark plugs that were fitted were not doing the job and they needed a Vauxhall part. I was therefore told this would not arrive until Monday morning and I would be called when this had been fitted. I was getting frustrated at this point as they had had the car for 7 days by this point and while I appreciate the fault was complex, I refuse to believe any urgency was given in trying to find the fault, which I would have expected considering this was a vehicle that had been returned as the repairs for which I was charged £205 had not fixed the problem. By 2pm on Monday 29 June I had not heard anything and I therefore called again, only to be told the part had not arrived but they were expecting it at any time. I was dubious about this and sure enough I received a phone call 15 mins later stating that the part had now been fitted but had not solved the problem. At this point, I arranged for my car to be transferred to the nearest Vauxhall dealer. Incidentally, the new garage I transferred the car too diagnosed the problem within 6 hours of having the vehicle. I find it unacceptable that I have had to pay for a hire car (which they were fully aware of) from 20 June until 29 June at £25 a day (£250) on top of the £205 I have paid IN AND OUT, to 'repair' my car.
I needed an oil change and to have the handbrake adjusted. The first time I took the car in the service was carried out, but the handbrake was not adjusted properly. I contacted the garage through this site and was able to get it booked in for the following week. When I went to the second appointment, the car hadn't been booked in as it was a small job. They instead fitted me in between other bookings, which meant I had to wait there again for over an hour. I was told that it was a bigger job than expect and that I would need to book it in for yet another repair. I took then took the car to a local garage who were able to adjust the handbrake in under 20 minutes. I used In n out as I wanted a fast service so I didn't need to take time off work. Instead there were 2 wasted trips and I ended up back at my local garage anyway. Customer service skills are good, but if they cannot even adjust a handbrake properly then I wouldn't trust them with my car. Two wasted trips and ended up paying twice to get the same job done.
