Very arrogant. Gave me a price of £25 which I screenshot for proof. Wanted to tow my car to garage which I didn't want and said I will chance just having a battery fitted. Told me a price of £120 which was not the quote given. Told me the mechanic was on the way but never turned up. My car had cut out in salford, I live in liverpool. Travelled down by train to meet mechanic....no show after a hours wait in the rain!! 6 hours wasted time. Would never recommend Unprofessional and rude

I had a really good service from this garage and would highly recommend them to everyone. Thier communication with me was very good, my car had been picked up by Liam,who was very friendly, the next morning after i rang the garage and bought back before mid-day.

Excellent Garage. Tay was brilliant. I asked them to urgently look at the car on Tuesday and I went to the garage with my work laptop on Tuesday and worked from the reception all day. I dropped the car off at 10am on Tuesday and they started looking at it at 12 and worked on the car until 6pm. They kept me well up to date at all times and showed me all the parts and fixes they replaced. The entire team was brilliant. After driving out of the garage the fault management light was still on and Tay came to where I live, took the car with him and got the electrician to take a look at it on Thursday and they found the issue and bought it back Thursday. The car is working perfectly and I know if I have any issues I can take it back to them. EXCELLENT

Mechanic was punctual and very freindly and helpful , was happy to explain everything to me, this is the 2nd time ive used this company and cant recommend enough 10/10

Whilst the service was done promptly, they did not stanp my service book and they didnt complete a further peice of work requested (and was more than willing to pay for). Not received a single call back since ..although have left 3 or 4 messages. Really dissapointed as initial work was good, just terrible after service care.

Really good service! They have done a good job on my car. Not the cheapest option but they collected and returned my car (on a bank holiday) and were flexible with me being away.

Saw the problem straight away not what the car was saying got part asap fitted while I waited brilliant and at a very good price good old fashioned garage bit dusty and noisy but excellent brill use again

I messaged and asked if they could pick my car up from the other side of Manchester for service and MOT and they said that was perfectly fine. They came the next day at 4pm as arranged and delivered the car back at 6.30pm. Really happy with the their price, speed and quality of work. Would recommend!

phoned him to book my car in for service he never turned up at his unit when we finally made contact he said that the booking hadn't been confirmed by who can fix my car very strange seeing that I arranged day and time with him personally.why doesn't just admit he forgot.wellsy

I used click mechanic previously and had a very poor experience. I was cynical about using who can fix my car. However, the two sites are worlds apart. Excellent quote and excellent customer service. I used sk1 autos and mobile repairs. Brilliant gararge. Lee from the garage was trustworthy and helpful throughout. I would highly recommend the site and in particular sk1 autos. If youre thinking of using another quote site, don't. Use who can fix my car.

Highly recommended!! Lovely people and so helpful and the advice given was great. Unlike most garages these were there to help me not to get money out of me and I carnt thank them enough will definitely be using this garage in the future!!

Unfortunately they never came to collect my car as arranged, didn't reply to my messages or calls for 2 days and then offered no apology when I finally contacted them. If there was an issue somebody should have contacted me to arrange an alternative time and it would mean I didn't have to waste a whole weekend over this. Very disappointing customer service and makes me wonder if a site such as this is worth using!

Did a good job on clutch very happy with Sarah who helped sort job out only downside is communication on the day of collection as no one answered phones leaving me to start looking for another garage but overall a good job and happy with the service!!

Very satisfied with the work and car now drives really well. There was an additional problem found during clutch replacement which was dealt with swiftly. Very competitive price and really nice people to deal with. Would definitely use again.
