phoned up on wednesday 13th to book in for new brake pads/air con recharge and a new tyre..i told the person that its the price that appeared online..but the person said that i have to pay labour charge...i asked for the price/he said i will find out...never got back to me,,so ive booked elsewhere

The staff provided an honest, courteous and professional service and kept me informed of any issues that arose with the job. They observed care of the vehicle and placed protective covers on the drivers seat throughout the job. All in all it is highly likely that I will use this company again in the future.

Good garage- my clutch was slipping - they diagnosed the problem as an oil leak from gearbox. Replaced clutch and repaired gearbox within a couple of days. Would reccomend.

I was incredibly pleased with my experience with Brims. I had a cracked bumper and had received outrageous quotes but Brims were honest and upfront. The quoted cost of labour for the job was the cheapest and didn't change. The options for parts were laid out and discussed with me and I felt under no compulsion to make a particular choice. Also having seen their paint job which blended the new bumper with the rest of the car beautifully I am very happy. Especially as a previous bump was dealt with by a bigger chain who left a noticble difference in shading of the paint work which they refused to acknowledge. I would recommend brims without fail, the service as well as the whole experience has been outstanding. Thank you

Tony and his team at Brims are straightforward, fast and deliver high quality repair. My car ( Audi Q7) was vandalised and severely scratched. Since I had a high no claim, I decided to do the repair privately. After comparing quotes I decided to give Brims Garage a try. Nothing but good experiences with Brims who delivered my car back within 3 days ( ! ) after having dropped the car on Thursday afternoon. I highly recommend this garage for damage repair. They also seem to do general work.

I booked a full service and asked the mechanic to check the clutch. He gave me excellent and honest advice and did the service and clutch replacement in no time. My car is like new. One very satisfied customer.

The guys at Creation are brilliant, honest and fast. The service was fast and the cars good as new, they even offered to change my cam belt and water pump at a really good price while they were changing the head gasket. Would definitely use them again, cheers lads.
