Could Never Recommend this Garage - Agreed price was £50 for diagnosing issue. Then Anthony said he could recalibrate lock if he had an extra 3hrs. They closed in 30mins when I collected car he wanted £150. He said he recalibrated lock however it was gauranteed to fail! So why recalibrate? Started car no lights, worse experience ever..stay well clear.
a great friendly service, saved me over £800 on a main dealer quote by inspecting what needed to be replaced rather than fitting a new DMF along with the clutch kit as per the main dealer. contacted me about worn brakes also and quoted a very reasonable price. All the work was done to a high standard and on time ..

Even though price quoted is bit higher the brake is sorted on the same day with fixing rear new disc & brake pads.work done effectively while waiting near the car. Can recommend the work to anyone.

Micheal even came out to pick up the car over the christmas period when most other garages were closed, he even stayed open for me to collect it when it was finished. So very helpful he went above and beyond to sure the car was checked over from top to bottom and kept me informed of any problems along the way. He had the problems fixed for a very reasonable cost and I was back on the road within two days. I would definately recommend Sphynx repairs to my friends and family. Thanks Jo

I am really happy to have my car working again. My car wouldn't turn on so Ryan came out and after trying to jump it and turn it by hand he established that it needed a new starter motor. He came out two days layer to fix it and at a very fair price and with a service warranty. I would trust him to work on my car again, definitely. Thanks again Ryan.

A bit of impatience when being asked questions..Will not recommend ladies who know less about cars as you will not be given answers.Fantastic receptionist though ...No receipts given to customers for the payments done...

Paul was really helpful and had the fan and re-wiring done within a couple of hours and I picked my car up the same day. They also cleaned it for me which was an added bonus and greatly appreciated! Im sticking with this garage from now on!
Like most car owners, I have my preferred garage but tried Paul and his team when my usual place couldn't urgently schedule a repair to pass an MOT. Paul took the car in the next day, talked me through the whole process, gave me options and completed an excellent job exactly when he said he would. Would highly recommend.
I have used Paul and Central Car Care a number of times now. They offer a fantastic service and nothing is too much of an issue for the customer. The only surprise is the cost, given they are in Kensington..... always value for money! Thanks again.

If it would be possible I would give zero star for this garage. Outrageous service, I am not sure if I can call that "service". The owner of this garage is extremely rude, phlegmatic and DISRESPECTFUL! And according to my opinion he is probably racist towards Eastern-European people! First, we discussed the time and the date when for a 1 and half hour work to fix my car. But when I arrived there at the first time (in the arranged time), they did not fix my car because they said I am late. I am just saying we were communicating via this website in chat form, so I have everything in written form. I can prove everything. I was not late. I thought I can give them a second chance (because of their really good price), so we discussed the time and date again via this website, and I went there again in the arranged time, but the same thing happened, but this time the owner of the garage was even yelling to me! Their price offer was so good (£120 cheaper from any other offer), thus I gave them a third chance. But this time I called them before I go there (since I did not want to waste my time and fuel again), they confirmed I can go immediately and they will fix my car (they said it will take 1 and a half hour), but when I arriced there they said I was late again. I arrived there at 10AM and they said I need to leave my car there until 2PM. I told them I work with my car, the only reason I came here on this day in this time because they confirmed I can come here now for 90 minutes work. I told them again, I work with my car, then I got the usual answer from the owner of the garage: "not my problem". Then I left them without any word. They wasted my time and fuel, 3 times and my car is still not fixed! The owner has zero customer service skills, zero flexibility towards customers (his answer to everything: "not my problem, is it?" or "not my business, is it?"). I would never recommend this garage to anyone. Seriously anyone who reads this: AVOID THIS GARAGE!
I don't usually use sites like these to get my car repaired, but i was desperate, so i ended up using this site. Out of all of quotes i got, these guy's came out by FAR the cheapest, at least £100 cheaper than everybody. I thought at first there was a catch, like one of the previous garage's i called on here, they quoted £220 for just the labour and not the parts. But NO these guy's quoted me on exactly how much it would cost ! Quick service, no messing around. They even fitted in some missing clips on my front bumper which was nice of them. And also to top that i asked them how much it would cost to replace my back light bulb and they did that for free too ! Great, quick, reliable service. Will definitely be seeing these guy's again if something (Touch wood nothing) goes wrong ! Daniel.
Paul was very helpful even to the point of picking up my car and returning it. They did a great job. In a good time. I'm just sorry my insurance company were slow on paying up their end. Hopefully now resolved. I will be sending my mums car to him soon. Happy to recommend them to others. AK N14
No I would not recommend this garage. We paid for the vehicle delivered to your garage on the 23/03/16 for a Cam Belt change, we also had the Clutch replaced and Water Pump whilst you had the vehicle, with the understanding that we needed the vehicle back in time for a contract job we was doing. We picked the vehicle up and paid £1050.00 in which we paid when the invoice should have been for £950.00 because we supplied the cam belt kit and drive belt. We paid again for the vehicle to be returned to your garage because the battery went flat and didn’t start on the 30/03/16 and then we had to hire a splitter van to replace ours, for 3 days at a rate of £130.00per day. We paid to have the vehicle to be picked up after you telling me that it was the battery at fault, so we agreed to offset the over payment for a new battery. We used the vehicle on 02/04/16 and that evening the vehicle lost lighting it went dim first and then all the warning lights started to come on. We lost the vehicle hire £100.00 for that day of the 02/04/16, and had subcontract hire at a rate of £150.00 for the 03/04/16 for not having a vehicle to for fill our contract. We did not return the vehicle, because of no confidence. We had the vehicle tested, and we was told that the Alternator was faulty so I replaced it myself after taking a photo of the of its position then still getting the right reading from the new Alternator the vehicle was taken to an Auto Electric Technician in which we found that your garage had put the alternator belt on incorrect so it was turning the wrong direction, so we didn’t need a battery or an alternator because the vehicle never had a starting or charging problem before it went to you plus the damage to be repaired at a cost £150.00 This is a breakdown of our invoice to you of our losses.
