Toyota Aygo clutch replacement, competitive price, quick turnaround and a job well done. I will be returning to Auto Plaza Ltd. for M.O.T. ect. Thanks guys.
Fantastic service, great price. I’ll be definitely coming back
The most friendly accommodating garage I have ever encountered, they made me feel at ease and explained fully how the clutch worked and what they would do to replace it. I would send my grandmother there with the confidence that she would be looked after respectfully, a professional service and even did the job to suit me. Many thanks to all the staff concerned.
Very good service! Robert replied to all messages within minutes, the repairs and MOT were done within 1 day for a very fair price. Would definately go to C and R again.
Great service and high quality work. Bob was very knowledgeable and helpful, and price was fair.
I went for a abs fault, they very professional and friendly fix it in no time, I sincerely recommend this garage, they deliver as promised. I am making this my repair garage for the future
Did the work the following afternoon. Great service, good price. Definitely recommend
Very good service with honest feedback in relation to what needs changing or seen to within a specific time period. I would definitely recommend this garage.
Excellent work and service. Went above and beyond to make sure I was aware of everything. Happy to recommend.
I had a full service and MOT, the service was very professional at a great price! They even washed my car while they were at it... brilliant :-) Would highly recommend.
My second full service from this garage. Very competitive price and excellent service. I would recommend without reservation.
I had a full service and MOT, the service was very professional at a great price! Would highly recommend.
Excellent service! no other hidden charges they also fixed something underneath my car which was hanging out with no charge
Like most car owners, I have my preferred garage but tried Paul and his team when my usual place couldn't urgently schedule a repair to pass an MOT. Paul took the car in the next day, talked me through the whole process, gave me options and completed an excellent job exactly when he said he would. Would highly recommend.
Paul was really helpful and had the fan and re-wiring done within a couple of hours and I picked my car up the same day. They also cleaned it for me which was an added bonus and greatly appreciated! Im sticking with this garage from now on!
Friendly and efficient service, wouldn't hesitate to recommend!
Good value for money. Paul was very friendly and he fixed my car In no time. Very nice and satisfactory experiance. I Will recommend to everybody who want good service. Thanks Paul, just in time to organise my trip.
Professional and friendly approch. Work properly done in really a short time. Highly recommented.
Great work, very quick. Kept me informed all the way through and did some extra jobs at no extra charge. Very polite. Would recommend them.
Picked car up on time and changed clutch and flywheel using best quality parts. Also did a health check and found egr needed cleaning and an engine mount was worn and would need changing but was safe to drive with . Car back same day. Very pleased with all work . All worn part given back for me to inspect and diagnoses spot on
The service I received was excellent. They collected the car and dropped it off all in a day, they made sure I was happy with the work before asking me to pay. And finally they called me to make sure they could drop the car off in advance so I could make sure I was in. I would definitely use them in the future.
I highly recommend Peter and his team. Although I was initially slightly sceptical as I had never delt with CDS before. I even went to their garage half way through the work to make sure they were legitimate and to check on the work. All I can say is that I will only be using them from now on for my entire family's car and van needs. The quote was for £360 for a new clutch but the car needed quite a lot of other work that I was happy to be completed locally. But after they collected the car their communication was impeccable with video messages to demonstrate any new discoveries. They were exceptionally patient with me whilst I deliberated the options. In the end I had all of the outstanding work carried out by Peter and his team who were very kind to do the vast majority of the work for free with me only paying the cost value of the parts (I checked the car parts price with europarts and I could not buy them cheaper than they supplied them to me for) they even washed and valeted the car and delivered it back to me on time as promised. In short they saved me a lot of money, gave me an absolutely first class service, delivered far more than they promised and provided consistantly excellent communication throughout. I encourage anyone reading this to not hesitate but put their trust in this garage; they have more than earnt mine.
This was my first visit to Car Diagnostic Services Ltd for a whole clutch system replaced along with dual mass flywheel replacement including parts with & labour with 12 month warranty. The whole experience could not have been better. From booking in the car including pick up and delivery with peter who was brilliant. I was kept informed at all times of progress. I was made to feel like a real customer , not just a person who owned a BMW. The way I was treated was one of the best customer service experiences I have had in past 10 years of owning BMW motoring. Peter has clearly got the team working as one which makes you feel great about choosing Car Diagnostic Services Ltd to manage and deal with your car. Well done and thank you.
Brilliant, professional, considerate and efficient service. Have definitely found my new regular garage, brilliant job Billy!!!!
Billy and his guys did a fantastic job on our cracked bumper. Every garage we visited said they'd have to replace the whole thing and a panel above our wheel but Billy was adamant it could be fixed with fibre glass cheaply and effectively - he was right on both counts. Thanks so much!
A good job well done
Excellent service cannot recommend enough
The service delivered was absolutely outstanding. I genuinely believed the car was going to be written off but it now looks as good as new. I will be recommending you to anyone who needs work done on their car. Great communication throughout to advise of progress.
Hopefully our FAQ section has answered some of the questions you may have about changing the oil in your car. However, if you would like more information, we have the produced the following guide and video to help you understand the subject in greater detail.
Changing the oil in a car is an essential part of keeping a vehicle healthy and safe. Engine oil is the lubricant that keeps the numerous moving parts moving without friction.
You will know when you need to change the oil in your car as soon as the yellow light on your dashboard comes on. As soon as this happens you should take your car to a garage to have the oil changed, if you ignore the yellow light, you’ll be in trouble!
Changing oil is recommended every 3000-5000km, however if you have a special synthetic oil, you may be able to go 10,000 miles before changing.
However, if you drive your car fast, live in a hot, cold or dusty environment, you may need to change the oil in your car more often. If you have an older car you may need to have the oil changed more frequently too.
If you don't change the oil in your car, it is highly likely that you will suffer breakdown as the parts in your car will overheat and break as a result of the friction buildup.
Having the oil changed on your car is not a complicated job however it can be a very messy as it involves draining old oil from underneath the car a new batch being poured in.
It is essential that your filter is also changed as your engines performance depends greatly on the distribution of oil throughout the system.
The filter allows dirt and debris to be carried out of the car engine which is vital to keep it running, however, much like a hoover, the filter can become clogged up and the performance of the whole system is effected as a result.
The mechanic who is changing your oil will also clean the filter as this is part of having your oil changed.
If you want to learn how to change the oil in your car and do the job yourself, you can, however you will need specialist tools and supplies to replace oil yourself.
Changing the oil in your car is vitally important so checking the levels in your car should be something you do every month.
There are also several types of oil and oil filter which are manufactured to work in certian engines. Find out from the car owner’s manual which oil and filter is correct for your car, the main types are;
This is the highest grade of oil as it is created by oil engineers, scientists and chemists who control the ingredients in a highly measured and calculated way. This oil will have the highest levels of lubrication and engine protection which will keep your engine running smoothly and guard against heat build-up.
This type of oil is a mixture between conventional oils and the synthetic type described above. This type of oil is recommended for cars, vans, lorries and heavy loaded vehicles as is contains excellent low-temperature properties.
If you have an older car this is the oil for you. Some high mileage, high performance cars are better served by synthetic oil. However, this blend of oil has a unique mixture of additives and viscosity, this oil will have reduced burn off, will help seal oil leaks and will also help improve the combustion chamber sealing which in turn improves engine compression.
Conventional oil comes in many grades, based on viscosity (thickness and fluidity), with each grade being blended to suit a particular car, environment and driving style.
Make sure you use the right oil if you are replacing it yourself or if you’re getting it completed by a garage.
You should be able to find what oil you need by looking in your car owner’s manual, this is important because if you put the wrong oil in your car you could face trouble!
