Needed my car fixed urgently and this garage was very helpful right from the start. I assumed that the oil sump gasket was leaking so i wanted it replaced. I also needed a new flexi pipe welded on the dpf as my existing one was cracked. The morning after i dropped my car i recieived a phone call to advising me that the oil leak is coming from the oil filter cooler and not the gasket. They fixed it in no time and also continued to replace the oil sump gadket for me as its a common fault on the car. Price at £340 to replace oil sump gasket, oil filter housing union pipes and unweld and reweld on a new dpf is excellent. My car no longer leaks oil and theres no rattling from under the car. I am well happy and if i need my car fixed will be definately going back. Also not only did they tell me what parts had broken they also showed me aswell which was a really nice touch. I had a great experience with VRS. They were very professional and friendly. answered the phone promptly and gave constant updates on their progress. I have saved hundreds of pounds going through them and would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

This was a great garage to go to. They were accommodation and I Sent my recently purchased motor home in for a cam belt change and service. Halfway through they gave me a call to say there is no need to do the cam belt change as it was all done very recently. All in all a very good experience and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I am very upset with this mechanic, my husband notice the underneath of my car had been damage by him jacking the car in the wrong spot. He did come back to have a look, it wasn't there before only when he left we see it. There is no jacking point to my A2 you have to be very careful. I have learnt from this and will not be using them again terrible.
