Great service would use them again

Good bits: Very responsive to messages. That's it. Bad bits: Timing belt change was delayed by two days despite one day service promised at the beginning. When I finally got my car back, turned out it was done incorrectly and they had to do it again. That was done with another two days of delay. Garage promised to pick up car using breakdown truck, but the car was picked up and delivered on the wheels. Till today I haven't received any invoice for the job done. Oh, and forget you'll ever get to call Richie! He isn't answering any of his numbers and won't call you back for a few hours. It was such a wonderful time waiting for him to call you back and inform you won't get your car back when promised. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Very bad customer service experience. Posted my job on here twice, colins accepted twice and have contacted me once through messaging but they have still failed to book me an appointment. Also the second time they accepted the same job I posted it was more expensive. Won't be using colins or whocanfixmycar.com again

Great service, got it fixed at the price that was quoted and not a penny more. Was fixed in a good time frame and would highly recommend to use them again. Thanks for fitting my exhaust so fast. :)

Worst car garages ever seen book me in on Friday and drop the car in the morning then I have phone call 3 pm sorry I have to book you under day our network not working today

Expensive fix but feel it was the right price, was not overcharged. Friendly service would recommend.

The car broke down two days before appointment to fix clutch,gear seector cables had gone and clutch burnt out. Jordan phoned me with the news about repairs required next day,gave him the go ahead,three pm got a call from Jordan car ready.Very happy customer got my car back a day earlier and drives like new,very pleasant and accommodating garage.
