This is the first time I've been to Mike Brewer Motors. Took 2 year old Fiesta for interim service and because of the location walked into town centre rather than wait. The service took 2½ hrs rather than the 1½ to 2 hrs stated but that wasn't a problem. When I went to pick up the car it was gleaming. Communication was very good, with reminders and a follow-up courtesy call. The free health check identified a driveshaft oil seal leak that needed attention. I was able to have this fixed under warranty saving me £176 so many thanks to Mike Brewer Motors for that.
The mechanic was punctual and the job was completed quickly. He handed me my old parts when he was done. 2 weeks on the car is fine. Will be using the mechanic again in the future. I recommend this mechanic. Many thanks.

Completely satisfied with the job, excellent work. Had to fit a new drive shaft as well hence the increase in price. However showed me the old parts and explained why. Thoroughly professional job and has transformed the car, drives like new. Very pleased and would recommend.
Great service from an excellent garage. The price was over £80 cheaper than competitors yet the service was equal to, if not better than the bigger brand rivals. I will definitely recommend to others and I will be using the services of this garage in the future.

They did an ok job but I won't be going back again as I had to go twice for a simple tracking as I believe they did not even track it first time, their apprentice check it, seemed ok and still charged me for it. Took car and tested it and we all know our cars so I knew they did not even touch it. Questioned what was done and all he said is it was out by 1.5 mm which is none sense. I'll take my business somewhere else and pay twice as much for a professional job but won't be going back to Top Theead Tyres even if it was for free. Simply because there's no honesty.
