The work the garage did on the car was OK. Very unreliable service though. They picked the car up and said I'd have it back by 3pm, I eventually got the car back at 6:30pm. When the car was dropped off they didn't bring me receipts or my service book back, which they said had been stamped but they had forgotten it (when I got into the car I found the service book down the side of the seat, not stamped or filled out at all. So can add dishonest as well). The owner of the garage dropped the car off, and said to come into the garage on Monday and he'd give me all my paperwork. When I went into the garage on Monday, the owner had gone on holiday and not bothered leaving any paperwork or passing on my details to other staff. So it took me half an hour to explain why I was there. I then got a half written receipt for the work done to the car, £450 worth of work I might add, so not exactly a small job. Very unreliable and a bit dishonest. I wouldn't recommend.

I used click mechanic previously and had a very poor experience. I was cynical about using who can fix my car. However, the two sites are worlds apart. Excellent quote and excellent customer service. I used sk1 autos and mobile repairs. Brilliant gararge. Lee from the garage was trustworthy and helpful throughout. I would highly recommend the site and in particular sk1 autos. If youre thinking of using another quote site, don't. Use who can fix my car.
phoned him to book my car in for service he never turned up at his unit when we finally made contact he said that the booking hadn't been confirmed by who can fix my car very strange seeing that I arranged day and time with him personally.why doesn't just admit he forgot.wellsy
I can't recommend this garage enough. First impressions was it's a tidy little garage tucked away just outside the centre of Stockport in middle hill gate. It's very clean and the lads were very friendly and clearly knowledgeable. They took time to explain to me what they were doing were good to chat to. Not only did the re-gass my aircon whilst I waited they topped up the oil too. Not only was my air-con ineffective before but it was also noisy. Its now very quiet and very very cold. Thanks Lee! You'll be getting all my work from now on and I'll be recommending you to my friends.
Very professional, unfortunately didn't have the socket for my spark plugs, but changed the coilpacks anyway and even fitted a rear light I was waiting to fit, free of charge! Very happy and would use again.

Great customer service and very happy with the end result. Very professional, well presented and friendly company, great communication throughout the day, work was done sooner than expected. Trusted the guy that picked my car up as soon as I met him. Was even more impressed when found out that they don't usually cater to my postcode area (Veterans Village Manchester M40) but were willing to be flexible. The cam belt snapped on my car and was therefore unable to be driven. The quote was received within about 15 mins at 10pm. The car was collected the next morning and returned less than 24 hrs later. It would have been the previous evening had a third party supplier not let them down. I would not hesitate to recommend Total Fix Service for an efficient, friendly and value for money service.
After previously being ripped off ( or at least tricked ) by 2 mechanics I ended up looking for a quote online and this garage had the cheapest price. The team over there was very friendly and helpful and after lifting up the car on the ramp they noticed a leakage from underneath which "ate" all the oil. Since I am not very experienced with car parts they took their time to explain me in a way that I would understand what was wrong, what the risks were, how to prevent certain damages and so on. Everything was fixed in a timely manner and I also got a free diagnostic on top of that :). Long story short I would definitely recommend this garage to anyone looking for a new mechanic or the best price. 11/10 Bogdan
Wow! What outstanding service! Fast, efficient and friendly would be enough for me to recommend Total Fix Service to everybody, but they truly went far and above all expectations. Eddy arrived at exactly 10am as planned and explained what need to be done because he could hear the problem immediately without the usual sucking in of air. He said that he would try to get the car back the next day, but explained that he had to order the parts from the manufacturer and that they would only arrive the following day. 9pm the following evening the car was delivered, fixed. Eddy explained that he had given the car a once over without any additional charge. In this day and age, and as a woman without any mechanical skills who is tired of being ripped off, I can confidently recommend Eddy and the team. There is no where else to take your car!
Total fix were the 1st to respond to my request, and although they were not the cheapest quote, the were excellent in every step of the process. I contacted them, they picked up my car, and phoned me to let me know of the progress and a couple of small problems they had found. these were resolved with minimum fuss, and the final bill came back with the car, to be paid when I was satisfied. extremely satisfied, and would reccommend to all that ask where to go. very freindly, very helpful and very efficient.

Very pleased with the overall experience, excellent customer service and very well priced for a quality garage.
The price was very good for a dealership. I thought to myself when they get my car in thet will tell me it needs loads of work doing it, this is exactly what happened. I ended up having a new battery and having some pipe replaced that had split in the engine. I was quoted £103.00 for the original job and i ended up paying £228.00.
