Wrongly identified the problem with the aircon. Replaced one part, charged me the money, but the aircon was still not working. Told me that I need another part and that I should somehow find that part myself. It is not their problem and they not gonna try to find it for me. So basically I lost £200 and still the problem is not fixed. Never going to use them again!

Great business great family. Yes, this is a family run business and their attitude to customer service is evident. You are made to feel like a valued customer. The quote for the work done was the lowest the service the highest. the hourly rate is one of the lowest, if not THE lowest around. I travelled 10 miles for this job and am currently preparing to move 25 miles away. I will return. Very happy. thank you.

Great service from Andy and Liam.My car is back on the road ,it had worn links and was repaired quickly and efficiently.Andy came to my premises to check the problem first and then ordered the parts and he attached the link back so it was safe for me to go to the garage which I did(option was home repair or garage)Liam repaired and my car is running smoothly once again.Cheers.
