Excellent service from Patrick! Charged me exactly what was quoted for MOT and service, including pick up and drop off. Very friendly and responsive through calls and texts. No wonder the company has such good reviews, highly recommended!
Very friendly service, very competitive price, great service of picking up delivering, highly recommend.
Superb from start to finish. The best customer service service I've had from anyone in a long time. Price very reasonable, would highly recommend and will be using in the future. Thanks.
Dan, 2006 Audi A6 3.0 TDI Quattro. I needed a new clutch, dual mass flywheel, and alternator belt. After inquiring at a number of different garages, ACS was able to offer the lowest price and the quickest service. Patrick collected and delivered my car at no extra cost. The job was completed to an excellent standard. The parts used were all genuine OEM (LUK), and Patrick was kind enough to talk me through the changes and help me get accustomed to the new clutch. Overall, I would greatly recommend ACS.
Patrick provided an excellent professional service and nothing was too much to ask. I had the cam belt and timing belt change. An engine EDT deep clean. Change of oil filter and fuel filter. I thought the price was good and would highly recommend Patrick.
Very nice guy, kept to the quote provided. Work completed on the drive which was very helpful rather than having to take to a garage. Polite friendly, great knowlege, very happy with work carried out will use in future.
Lee was great, turned up at the house on time with all the parts and carried out the work in a few hours and I could pay by card. No complaints, great guy and a great service.
Very friendly and helpful. Would definitely use again.
Great service. Final price exactly as quoted. Will use definitely use again. Thanks Lee
I have no hesitation in recommending Assist Autos. The convenience of them collecting the car and bringing it back 'all done' was something I wish I'd known about when I was working and would have saved me using up precious annual leave to get the job done. A really helpful service and well worth the money.
Prompt communication from start to finish! Very clean job and on time delivery as promised. Will surely use them again. All the best.
Excellent and thorough service. Comprehensive walkthrough of outstanding issues.
Went very smoothly and got some good advice.
Thank you so much guys ! Great job and done very quickly ! Thank you!
Great customer service very prompt professional and kept me well informed throughout the day. Did a great job on the car. Anees is a great owner will definitely be returning
Really quick and easy booking process. Garage was very responsive and friendly and when the job took less time than quoted, reduced the price. Would definitely recommend.
Very happy with the service I received, MOT done and few minor issues resolved. Well within the promised timeframe. Second time using Eagle Autos and will continue doing so.
Very happy with the service and honest advice. Even though the initial issue turned out to be a bigger issue that they were unable to fix. A suspected puncture that turned out to be a shredded inside tyre. I was advised of another local garage where I could get my tyre replaced and he offered to call and arrange for me to go down there. Very appreciated even though they didn't get my business. Would definitely recommend and deal with them in the future, hard to find honest garages these days.
PERFECT AND FAST WORK! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
Thank you guys- Kyle and Roberto. Great garage, work done to a professional standard. Highly recommended, would use again, good dealings.
Amazing service and amazing price on clutch. My regular garage from now on.
Really pleased with the service I got, would not hesitate to use these guys again!
My clutch went on Wed night on the M25 First thing Thursday Kaz rang me from the garage and arranged to collect my car, fixed the clutch within 4 hours Kaz and his team kept me well informed of the costs and work, my car was brought back at lunchtime today. Great service, honest and reliable Kaz and team very professional Will recommend this garage 100% Thank you Dianne
The job was a clutch replacement in a Rav4 four wheel drive model, this is a big job as the transmission needs to be dropped to access the casing and I asked for quotes thinking that it would probably be cheaper to change the car. Shepperton Tyre and Auto Centre quoted me far less what I was fearing the job would cost, including new parts and collection and return of the car (significant when it's an all day job). In fact it was almost a hundred pounds less than a certain nationwide budget chain. In fact the quote was so good I was suspicious that it was too good to be true a d there was going to be a catch. Speaking to Kaz at Shepperton went a long way to reassure me as did the other reviews on this site to which I am happy to add my voice. The work was done in a timely manner, for exactly the agreed price (they also pointed out a potential issue they noticed and corrected it for me for a very reasonable additional cost but I was under no pressure to have this done if I didn't want to), the car is massively improved, and every interaction with Kaz and his team was cheerful and friendly. I will have no hesitation in using this garage again and I'm already recommending them to my friends.
Fantastic...came picked up my Car and replaced my clutch in very good time. They seemed friendly and very knowledgeable, would recommend and use their services if needed.
Great job, very well done.
Took a lil longer then expected but they are great guys and i guess thats the reason they are so busy. Recommend expansion. Great service and repairs done to great satisfaction.
good work done thank you had over jobs done
Excellent experience dealing with All 4 Wheels, what a pleasure. I rang the garage on Thursday to enquire about a cambelt change, the car was picked up from my workplace on Friday morning and returned to me before the end of the day with all works completed - very swift service! The final price was a little more than estimated due to a new fan belt being needed but this was all explained over the phone before they went ahead with the works. All in all a 5 star service and would recommend these guys to anyone.
Excellent work, effort put into the job with a very reasonable price. Also you will get 10% off voucher on next job which is definitely worth it. I will efinitely recommend it. Very satisfied customers here.
Hopefully our FAQ section has answered some of the questions you may have about changing the oil in your car. However, if you would like more information, we have the produced the following guide and video to help you understand the subject in greater detail.
Changing the oil in a car is an essential part of keeping a vehicle healthy and safe. Engine oil is the lubricant that keeps the numerous moving parts moving without friction.
You will know when you need to change the oil in your car as soon as the yellow light on your dashboard comes on. As soon as this happens you should take your car to a garage to have the oil changed, if you ignore the yellow light, you’ll be in trouble!
Changing oil is recommended every 3000-5000km, however if you have a special synthetic oil, you may be able to go 10,000 miles before changing.
However, if you drive your car fast, live in a hot, cold or dusty environment, you may need to change the oil in your car more often. If you have an older car you may need to have the oil changed more frequently too.
If you don't change the oil in your car, it is highly likely that you will suffer breakdown as the parts in your car will overheat and break as a result of the friction buildup.
Having the oil changed on your car is not a complicated job however it can be a very messy as it involves draining old oil from underneath the car a new batch being poured in.
It is essential that your filter is also changed as your engines performance depends greatly on the distribution of oil throughout the system.
The filter allows dirt and debris to be carried out of the car engine which is vital to keep it running, however, much like a hoover, the filter can become clogged up and the performance of the whole system is effected as a result.
The mechanic who is changing your oil will also clean the filter as this is part of having your oil changed.
If you want to learn how to change the oil in your car and do the job yourself, you can, however you will need specialist tools and supplies to replace oil yourself.
Changing the oil in your car is vitally important so checking the levels in your car should be something you do every month.
There are also several types of oil and oil filter which are manufactured to work in certian engines. Find out from the car owner’s manual which oil and filter is correct for your car, the main types are;
This is the highest grade of oil as it is created by oil engineers, scientists and chemists who control the ingredients in a highly measured and calculated way. This oil will have the highest levels of lubrication and engine protection which will keep your engine running smoothly and guard against heat build-up.
This type of oil is a mixture between conventional oils and the synthetic type described above. This type of oil is recommended for cars, vans, lorries and heavy loaded vehicles as is contains excellent low-temperature properties.
If you have an older car this is the oil for you. Some high mileage, high performance cars are better served by synthetic oil. However, this blend of oil has a unique mixture of additives and viscosity, this oil will have reduced burn off, will help seal oil leaks and will also help improve the combustion chamber sealing which in turn improves engine compression.
Conventional oil comes in many grades, based on viscosity (thickness and fluidity), with each grade being blended to suit a particular car, environment and driving style.
Make sure you use the right oil if you are replacing it yourself or if you’re getting it completed by a garage.
You should be able to find what oil you need by looking in your car owner’s manual, this is important because if you put the wrong oil in your car you could face trouble!
