not very happy with there service there are a rip off never done what I whited done, there diagnostic was not right. went up the m25 and the turbo was not working and my engine was smoking and empty of oil had to get the aa to recovery me home after waiting 5 hours, I do not no what damage it as done to my engine until Monday the never told me the turbo stop working I will be taking this matter further, Regards Levi.

Arrived on time. once fully repaired showed all replaced parts and only worked on once cleared with me step by step. Was more expensive than original quote and waited for the difference being so close to Christmas. Extremely satisfied with his workmanship, his thoughtfulness of entering into my home without boots on and his understanding along with politeness and was at no time badgering. I believe that this man conducted his business, which is gained via this site normally on distress of the vehicle owner. Thank you A&M.

Highly recommended garage. Very honest and professional with excellent customer service. Work was carried out to high standard, no unnecessary work done. Also carried out a health check on the car which most garages don't do. Have re-booked this garage to get more work done and would definitely be coming back in the future.
Avoid, Avoid, Avoid, i took my focus here to have some MOT work done after it had failed the MOT at a main ford dealer. The steering rack gaiter was supposed to be replaced, but instead just had a replacement cable-tie fitted around the original, I was still charged the quoted price for having it replaced. I asked to have the tracking done due to requesting a new steering rack gaiter to be fitted, even though the gaiter was not replaced the tracking was still done anyway and was not done correctly, now when I drive in a straight line the steering wheel is advanced clockwise by several degrees. I requested the car be re MOT'd, although I was issued with a pass certificate (albeit with no emissions pass sheet), the car was not MOT tested, i have a dashcam fitted which has recorded everything as seen through the windscreen while the car was at the garage so I have proof it was not MOT tested, the car was driven to another garage for the MOT which is owned by the same man, however it was only parked outside for a few minutes, the driver was recorded with my dashcam photographing the VIN number through the windscreen on his mobile phone for the purpose of completing the MOT certificate. I was still charged the £40 quoted price for a full MOT, the MOT partial retest only applies if the car is tested at the garage that failed it. The car came back to me with a damaged alloy and a chunk missing out of the tyre, all 4 tyres were recently replaced for premium quality Pirelli tyres in readiness for the MOT. Appart from the MOT certificate, I have not been issued with any other paperwork, I was told that I would be emailed everything later that day, however after several new requests to be sent the paperwork, I have not received anything. It would be interesting to see what trading standards and the DVSA think about this. I now regret trying to save a few quid and should have paid the extra and let Ford do the work.

I did not trust this quote I thought they quoted me low just to get me in the garage then I was going to hear they had to do extras and all that, but they turned out to be very honest company I even had extras added that they did for me cheaper then anyone I had asked, I also got a mot I cannot recommend this company enough,they are excellent, my van runs great five stars is not enough. Not recommended. After replacing the clutch twice due to them fitting the wrong one, they told me I had problems with other components which were absolutely fine! 2weeks later my engine mount collapsed due to bolts not being torqued to the correct nm. BE CAREFUL.

Great garage highly recommended. Diagnostic was quick and the advice was accurate,fair and honest. He first thought it would cost more but was honest enough not to over charge like other garages. I will be coming back in the future.
