This is the first time I've been to Mike Brewer Motors. Took 2 year old Fiesta for interim service and because of the location walked into town centre rather than wait. The service took 2½ hrs rather than the 1½ to 2 hrs stated but that wasn't a problem. When I went to pick up the car it was gleaming. Communication was very good, with reminders and a follow-up courtesy call. The free health check identified a driveshaft oil seal leak that needed attention. I was able to have this fixed under warranty saving me £176 so many thanks to Mike Brewer Motors for that.

They did an ok job but I won't be going back again as I had to go twice for a simple tracking as I believe they did not even track it first time, their apprentice check it, seemed ok and still charged me for it. Took car and tested it and we all know our cars so I knew they did not even touch it. Questioned what was done and all he said is it was out by 1.5 mm which is none sense. I'll take my business somewhere else and pay twice as much for a professional job but won't be going back to Top Theead Tyres even if it was for free. Simply because there's no honesty.
