Booked my car in for a cam belt change that includes a water pump change. Provided an efficient and stress free service where all emails were replied to promptly and there was full communication whilst my car was being fixed. They offered a collection and drop off service where my car was collected from my workplace and returned before the working day was finished for the most efficient convenience. All in all the service provided was flawless from start to finish, including the fact they did an amazing job on my car to the point it feels brand new again. I couldn't make appointment as my car broke down, not the garages fault in the slightest.
I have high confidence the work performed was excellent. The only slight disappointment was waiting over an hour past closing time to collect the car, without prior warning or management of expectations, though I understand this was partially due to the complexity of the issues identified by the MOT.

Yes but only if it was tidied up and looked more professional with a cleaner environment/painted floor and parking for clients cars was sorted I would not leave my car un-attended as I saw what happened when a lorry tried to enter a side street and the client's vehicle was moved. Also my BMW was left on double white lines whilst I paid and I do not want a parking fine I will come back but only for while you wait services for the reasons mentioned above-I have 8 vehicles all in prestine condition and it worries me about potential damage Cheers Jeff Leeks
