Excellent Garage, John and Vicki are great and friendly people, work was done much quicker than I anticipated which was greatly appreciated on a Saturday. Price wise they were much cheaper than others and in my opinion they offered a better service too. I would highly recommend that people use Automaster, as it is an Independent Garage, who don’t rip you off and it helps keep these businesses going rather than the big corporations who charge you the earth for very little in the way of services and products. There were a number of issues that I had with this job. Within the quote I was told my car would be picked up and dropped off for me on the monday. I would receive a mini valet (so wash and vacuum of the car) inclusive of the price of £27.50. When I confirmed my booking this was all repeated to me. On the day of the MOT I heard nothing from the garage so decided to call them around mid-day. There had been some confusion and my car had not been booked in on that day and they were also unable to provide the pick up service as my house was just outside of their usual catchment area. They said that the lady who had offered the quote was new and this why I was offered something they could not deliver. I rearranged the MOT for the Tuesday morning and I had to drive to their location. I had no problem with this as I was happy to look around the town whilst the MOT happened. I was given a complimentary lift to and from town whilst my car was being MOT'd. When I turned up my car had not received a mini-valet either. So the only thing that was correct with my quote was the price. Overall I would have been happy just with the MOT for the price quoted as this was the price I could find. However I was offered a number of extras which were obviously not met so my experience was soured by this. I would recommend Stoneacre as the price was good and the service on the day was good, the main issue is with the initial quote being wrong.

Ok so these guys are pretty great we ran into a few problems with the car and it took a little longer than it should but they were very apologetic and did everything they said for a great price would go back without a doubt!
