Great value and amazing service. Great to find a honest and trustworthy garage. Highly recommended.
I love going to these independant garages rather than those chains. The service is to the point and honest. I pre-arranged some other work to be done and they all did it within time. Whilst I was waiting I noticed how busy it was and they're constantly taking bookings. No problems with the work they did and the car is fine but what topped off the visit for me was the handshake from the engineer to wish me on my way. He did catch me by surprise with that! Certainly will be using them again.
Very good service. Only garage I’ve ever been to where I genuinely felt I was being looked after. Definitely my first choice from now on.
Very fast repair, great communication and a very competitive price. I will use this company again and can highly recommend them.
Quick to respond, diagnose + fix, cheers

Everything was fine
Very impressed, speed service and the clutch works perfectly.
Excellent service from this garage, Edwin was great and kept me updated. All done in one day. Can't fault the service, Will definitely use again. Thanks so much!
Excellent and amazing service. Well looked after, honest and quality work. Extra work done on top of price stated but again realistic pricing and amazing quality service. Free Collection and Delivery was perfect icing on the cake so to speak. Definitely recommending to anybody. Thank you so much for all your help and work.
The company never got in touch. I tried phoning but it was after 5pm and they are not open weekends. Shame as it is only down the road from me.
I had my air con degassed in my Volvo & it is now working fine :)
I'll definitely be using Paul again next time I ever need any work doing, his prices are fair and does an excellent job.
New engine, new clutch, new radiator the car drives like a new one , Paul is a lovely honest man who guided us through best options from the start ,brilliant work Paul you will have our business for many years to come thank you
Since PMR contacted me about my clutch quote not only did they do it quickly and for an amazing price (no lower end parts used and still cheap) every other repair and upgrade has been done by them. The work and service is second to none.
Excellent friendly service - recommend this Garage
Did not turn up waited from 9 am Monday morning . Took full day of work for nothing .. will go and take car somewhere else.
Very Convinient and proffessional.
Brilliant all around, would 100% recommend.
I can't fault this place at all. The quoted price for the MO|T was £15 however the vehicle failed with defective indicator bulbs however those were replaced for free!!!! The facilities are excellent as well, I will definitely be using Motorserv again in the future
Excellent service would definitely recommend them
Fantastic. Very impressed with quality of work from Mark. He has done a super job. I was kept informed every step of the way and the work that was needed to be done was explained to me very clearly, with pictures of the process carried out to remove the dent in my car. Mark was happy to work around my schedule, fitting me in during the weekend and very kindly dropped me back home. Fantastic customer care, amazing quality of service. Would happily recommend Mark to anyone.
Mark is excellent, a really nice guy, trustworthy and knows what he is doing. He is keen on problem solving to find the actua problem instead of replacing unnessary parts in hope. He has diganosed, explained and sorted out the problem ready for a full service after Christmas. I've been looking for a decent mechanic that I can trust for quite some time after some bad experiences with some in Brum.
Because of my husband working shifts I was unable to collect the vehicle from service and thought that this would make life very difficult, but Mark calmly offered to collect and return the vehicle, which to be honest I thought this type of customer service was dead and gone. Although my husband stated there were concerns he had with the car, Mark checked the items and gave them a clean bill of health, we have had other garages take advantage of this and bill us for work that was not carried out or required doing. Overall exceptional customer service and will use again.
What is important to me are 2 things, getting the job done and service. Mark, the garage owner, kept me informed all the way, he was ready to work on my car at time stated and he picked me up from my work location after the job was done. Not only this but he could not find the tool in my car to take my alloys of so he found one after ringing some of his garage colleagues. He even sent me a internet link showing me where I could buy such a tool. What more can I expect, nothing.
very pleased with this site
To help you understand more about car servicing for your car, we have the produced the following guide to help you understand the subject in greater detail.
A car service is essentially a check carried out by a mechanic who analyses the essential systems in your car.
They will be looking to make sure the vehicle is safe to drive on the road which is why it is a legal requirement to have you Abarth serviced every twelve months.
A car service is NOT an MOT, even though many of the same parts and systems will be inspected during each.
The difference between an MOT and car service is that an MOT is a standardised check with specific rules and regulations set by the government.
A car service is carried out and fully controlled by the mechanic or garage carrying the work out.
This means that the pricing will change from garage to garage alone as well as from car to car, much like any other repair work.
There are two different types of car service, the interim car service and full car service.
As each service will change from garage to garage, they will carry out different checks and look at different parts.
Therefore it is vital that you are able to talk to more than one garage before you have the job completed. You need to be able to compare price and how thorough the checks will be.
Fortunately you are in the perfect place!
All you have to do is enter the details of your car in the form below and then sit back and relax while local garages send you direct quotes for a full or interim service.
Below you will see what most garages will check during a service however it is always worth checking before you book your car in as some garages may not cover what is listed.
Here are the parts and systems checks as part of most interim car services and full car services;
Most of these parts and systems should be checked during a full car service or interim service, furthermore, if you require a top up of motor oil or any other repairs, you will have to pay an extra charge as a result.
A car service is essentially a full diagnostic to find out about the health of a car, it is not a service where specific repairs are included.
That is why it can help to have interim checks six months before a full service, if there is a minor problem, the interim check would find it and you will be able to resolve the issue before it gets any worse.
However if you do not have an interim check and you have an issue, it will only get worse meaning you will have to pay more money when it is eventually discovered in the full car service.
Finding a mechanic you can trust to do a good job and charge a fair price, is not always easy, which is why we simplified the process.
We work with a network of 10,617 mechanics and garages across the UK so we can find competitive car service deals for you.
You can then compare the quotes and read reviews from previous customers to find the best deal, before booking a full car service or interim car service online.
