i didn't accept the estimate? don't know how this site works.
Didn't go through with repair.
They have fixed another garage's fault (almost damaged my gearbox) and they have done it well. They collected my car and brought it back when it was done. I am more than satisfied! It is really hard to find a decent mechanic.
Perfect job! Great, friendly people. Would recommend to anyone.
Cheapest quote from any garage I went to in the local area and the job was completed within a day. Down sides - Car is now half as economical as it used to be, I've emailed the garage about this but had no reply. A spanner was left sitting free in my engine bay which luckily, I found before i might have damaged the engine.
Friendly service, kept me informed at all times, and did a great job, even washed my car, what more could you ask for?
The job took longer than expected, however they delivered the car back to me and even gave it a wash.
No, absolutely no one got back to me!! Useless
"When it comes to servicing your car, HiQ Banbury can offer you the premium service you'd expect from a main dealer - without the premium price tag. This means you can reduce your servicing costs without compromising your warranty.
Our Warranty Approved Servicing is carried out by highly trained technicians using parts and lubricants that match those specified as Original Equipment. This ensures compliance with the Manufacturers Warranty, so the only difference you'll notice is in your wallet. As well as great value for money, you can expect a thorough and fair service.
At HiQ Banbury we use a traffic light system in our servicing, which outlines what work needs doing, and how urgently it needs to be done. When a green light is ticked on your servicing report, the job has been auctioned and the problem is visually ok. If the amber light it ticked, we suggest that you take action when you can. If the red light is ticked the problem requires urgent action and we would highly recommend that the problem is rectified as soon as possible.

Without a current MOT certificate, you will be unable to drive your vehicle lawfully or renew your road fund license. You can have an MOT test completed up to one month before the expiry of your current MOT without affecting your annual expiry date. You can find the earliest date to MOT your vehicle on the front of your last pass certificate. And don't forget to bring your Vehicle Registration Document (V5) with you on the day of the test.
