This garage is absolutely wonderful. After failing an MOT and getting an extortionate quote elsewhere I decided to shop around. They are so helpful and went above and beyond what you would expect to help me. They got the work done quicker than they predicted and were in constant contact so I knew exactly what was going on at all times. They even gave me the broken parts so I knew they weren’t trying to bump up costs. I will be going here from now on. Absolutely BRILLIANT!!!!

Even though the man himself seemed nice & genuine, unfortunatley he didn't do the job I paid him £200 in cash to do & is now ignoring my communictions. My warning light came on due to a DPF pressure issue & before I accepted his quote I asked several times if he could guarentee the issue would be resolved for the price. He guarenteed the warning light would be removed. After finishing the job he advised me to drive the car for an hour at high revs and that would clear the issue - if it did not he promised to return. Unfortunatley I am still faced with a warning light and loss of power and he is now ignoring my texts asking him to return. There is no change to the state of my car except I am now £200 poorer! Thanks a lot.

No def not , he came to change the turbo on my Saab 95 he started at 3pm and at 9.30pm I had to leave for work so I gave him the cash in full. He was just finishing up. When I got home from work I got in the car and started it up and when I went to drive away all the oil came out all over my parking bay , I rang him several times and he said he would come in the morning but never turned up I also left messages but no reply. I'm totally discusted £300 for 6.5 hrs work and I still can't use the car
Accepted Nirmal Motors quote and contacted Mr Nirmal Singh he gave appointment three times and never turned up. Not once he gave any reason for not turning up or kept me informed that he will not be coming. I would have appreciated honest reply. Thank you very much.

Unfortunately mechanic did not complete all the agreed work. I was told part should be available on a certain day and was never called again. Eventually I got hold of the mechanic via this site and we agreed a day to carry out work, I left car at home and went to work by other means but the mechanic didn't show (without any explanation). I have not heard from this garage since. Overall very disappointed, If the garage does not wish to carry out the work a) do not agree to it, or b) let the customer know that you do not intend to carry out the work so that the customer can find another mechanic, rather than ignoring calls and wasting everyone's time.
Sorry I forgot to give feedback on a job that was performed several month ago. My dual mass flywheel and clutch replacement went perfectly and is working great. Also my wife was dealing with my car while I was at work, she said the mechanic was very nice and based on the standard work when I came back wouldn't hestiate to use his services again. Very good job, took alot of worries off my mind I was trying to find a dependable a trust worthy mechanic and I did. I wish I was able to pay by card instead of cash. However, that is a very small negative.
