It was suppose to be £525 and i ended up paying £700 for it,not happy at all.
Dual mass fly had to be replaced too(that resulted the price almost doubled. Car has run few tousend miles since. No problem at all.

The problem was far more serious than I anticipated about timing chain on my mini, but fixed just in time. If you want things done right, then ask Mr. Umberto to work on you repairs. My car has regained all the power that was missing from the beginning. Lady who was dealing with finance was so kind that she offered extra help with her car during the repair process just so I don't miss my work. Arnold was spot on in keeping me up-to-date with all the works and issues. Beautiful team and excellent work done. Thank you very much for fixing my car.
Placed the request for help after 11pm, talked and agreed a next day call out all before midnight. We met up and we went through all the diagnostics you could dream of. to find out what was problematic. My engineer, or perhaps consultant would be a better description, made sure I understood all the issues. He allowed, no suggested I photo the error messages so I can research them properly to work out what I wanted to work on. Totally no pressure to ask them to do any further work. Truely professional, helpful and confidence building.
After putting my request out for tender I received a quote and a phone call from Abby within 15 minutes. He was very polite and asked detailed questions to determine exactly what the problems were that I was facing with the car. He explined my options very clearly and was refreshingly honest about the scope of work that might be required to get the car back on the road. Within a couple of hours he had come to see the car, run a diagnostics test and taken it away for it to be repaired. During the entire process he kept me updated via phone calls and texts. Having repaired the fault (and saving me many £££s! ) he dropped the car off fully valeted and looking and driving as good as good as new! I cannot stress enough how pleased I am with the service Abby provided. A real gentleman, and refreshingly straightforward and honest..I have already recommended his business to several others. Thank you so much once again!

On September 20th, I relayed my Chrysler Ypsilon to this garage. They originally diagnosed the problem as being the cam belt or timing chain. Once the engine was opened the garage realised that the real problem was the turbo. I was left by the garage to try and source a new turbo. Communication with the garage became increasingly more difficult. I found an alternative option where I could have the turbo repaired. Unfortunately it took the garage over a week to delivering the turbo which was very frustrating. The final bill included an excessive amount of labour. This was 3x the going rate. When I questioned the labour charge, the garage threatened to move my car into storage until this was resolved and told me I would be charged £15 a day. After several texts and protracted phone calls, I had no choice but to pay the bill on 17th October. They offered a 5% discount on the labour charge. As of 9th November, I have not yet received my itemised invoice for the work or my warranty receipt for the turbo repair, despite several requests. In conclusion, the garage wholly failed to fulfil their commitment to good customer service.
