Steve called me to discuss the fault that had appeared on my car. Luckily, due to a cancellation, he was able to come out to me the same day. I only had 530 miles until my car would refuse to start - so I was keen to sort asap. He kept me updated on his arrival time which was dependent on some parts (filters) for my job arriving from Euro Car Parts. He was very knowledgeable and showed me all the diagnostics he had run on the car and discussed the results. He discussed the costs including showing me the parts cost. He repaired the fault unlike some of the companies online offering to “delete AdBlue software” - which is very dodgy! On completion of the work my car was safe to drive but he also discussed another finding (faulty sensor) and gave me options to source and replace which he will do later this week. It’s never nice to have to spend money on car repairs but I am pleased that Steve has so swiftly fixed the issue! Overall a great service performed on my driveway - it has saved me an expensive and inconvenient trip to the main dealer.
They were first who responded to my question about ad blue issue and what could possibly to cause the problem and how to fix it. They offered their help in same day when I contacted them. All was done within the hour- diagnostic, code reset. And that all for affordable amount. Actually they did work what other garages couldn’t. Fantastic communication, work , will definitely return in future. Highly recommend
