This garage was amazing and will be my garage of choice from now on. Work excellent plus comms plus customer service. Even clean your car. Thanks Ali
They did a good job, cleaned the car, was a great service
Very very happy!
Very good service and very quick to find and fix the problem with the brakes.
Very good service. Dropped me back home while car had work done.
Happy with work, all went well, no major issues
Excellent service. quick and polite and professional.
Great service. Car picked up from my house alternator and belt replaced and car dropped back to me all within a couple of hours. Fantastic
Super fast service and very friendly. Excellent price too!
I would highly recommend PD Motors to anyone. Being fairly new to the area I hadn't got a regular garage and so used Whocanfixmycar.com. They had good reviews and they gave me the best price and were very quick to respond. They did a thorough job and when they discovered the repair was worse than I thought, they showed me everything and lent me a car so I could do the school run on time whilst they repaired it. I will be using them again shortly to sort out the front brakes as well. Staff all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.
They did a really good job and fitted me in very quicky. Great service!
I asked the garage to do some extra work on top of what I asked for which they were very happy to do. I am very impressed with their professionalism, their workmanship and their honesty! I will now be using PD Motors as my new trusted garage of choice for all MOTs, service and repairs. Highly recommend them!
Trustworthy garage and a friendly team who are happy to take the time to speak to their customers. Although this garage is not local for me I was prepared to travel as reputation and value for money are important. A courtesy car was also made available to me which was an added bonus. I would definitely use them again in the future. Thanks
Realistic and competitive pricing for the full service using OE spec parts. They specified the cost of the parts and the labour separately. During the service, they called me up with some advisories about the brake fluid and front brakes. They explained exactly what was wrong, so I was able to make an informed decision whether to have the extra work done or not.
Great service, very helpful and knowledgeable...sorted out my car very quickly. Highly recommended.
VAG Tune provide the best car servicing I've come across; far better than any main VW garage I've used. The garage itself is clean and well looked after, but not swanky with unnecessary expense that customers are paying for. This means their costs are lower, which is passed onto the customer with labour rates nearly half that of a typical VW dealer. But even most impressive is that they obviously care about their work and their customers. I can't recommend them highly enough. I wish I'd found them years ago!
This was the second time I used this garage and I have been very impressed. I feel like I can really trust the garage to do a great job at a reasonable cost. The garage itself is really tidy and the staff welcoming. After my MOT my car was given a free valet which was a lovely bonus. I use this site to ensure the garage remains competitive on cost, although it was not the cheapest quote i still chose this garage because the cost was reasonable and I really trust the workmanship.
Would happy to commend this garage to other Audi owners........as well as a cam belt and water pump change I got a service as well for just over £475.........a very professional outfit.
Excellent service, would recommend!
They used common sense and replaced my bulbs without making me come back and confirm if it needed doing to pass the MOT. So much less hassle for me!
It was good
Difficult job with this type of car but they managed it well
Prompt and excellent service for our MOT, would use again.
The job was completed in the same day and James completed additional checks outside of the scope, even small things like pumping up the tyres. It wasn't clear which parts I needed so he made sure both were in stock. When the price of the parts came in over the estimate, he provided a discount to try and bring this price back down. James is very friendly, professional and knows what he's talking about!
fixed it on time on price
Great mechanic very helpful. I would recommend this mechanic and I will get him to work on any of my future car problems.
What a thoroughly pleasant, professional and courteous chap. Explained the nagging issues clearly. Fixed everything, topped up the engine oil. James is car/motoring enthusiast which great. Cannot recommend him highly enough. I will definitely be doing all work through to James at JTH Performance. Thanks again...
James was polite and welcoming when he arrive. He diagnosed the problem with my van quickly, and showed me exactly what was wrong. He was honest and not over priced. Would definitely recommend.
Accomaditing and excellent efficient service, I had another request at the garage and very helpful
No problems. Re gassed my car within the time frame given and gave me an explanation for why he thought the air conditioning needed doing but no pressure was put on me to buy the additional service.
Very friendly & even managed to get my car earlier in on the day I book :)

The majority of modern cars have air conditioning fitted as standard as it is vital for making the ride in a car comfortable for passengers.
An air conditioning system works by using refrigerant gas to push air through several components in the aircon system and then into your car.
Whether its freezing cold or boiling hot, it’s your air conditioning which makes driving in such conditions bearable, so it’s important to look after the system!
Surprisingly, over 10% of air-con gas escapes through the system each year. This means that the power of the system drops significantly over time. However, your air conditioning will not be checked during an MOT or service which is why it’s important that you make an effort to have it checked specifically.
Car manufacturers recommend that cars should have their air con recharged (Regassed) every two years.
Even if your car is new it should be something that you have checked as your cars performance could be significantly affected.
This is because the engine will have to work harder to produce cold air if there is an issue with the air conditioning meaning more fuel will be required to make the system work.
If the system has not been recharged in two years, the drop in engine performance will be noticeable.
As soon as you realise a drop in the power of your air con you should take the vehicle in for repair. If there is an unpleasant smell being emitted, this is another sign that the air con needs looking at.
The job of recharging air conditioning is not complex and will not take long.
The mechanic will carry out a leaks check on the air con system before the repair work, to ensure the job can be carried out without causing damage to the car.
As soon as this is complete, the technician will be able to recharge the system.
The mechanic carrying out the work will first remove old refrigerant from your car as well as the current gas and lubricant.
They will then replace it with new gas and lubricants.
The job will also typically include an entire system clean out which is carried out to remove any bacterial build up.
This is often the reason for a strange or unpleasant smell being emitted from the air conditioning which is why it is important to have this job completed every two years.
The whole process should take around 45 minutes as there are no new parts required for install.
The air conditioning in your car should be noticeably improved after a regas if you haven’t had one for over two years.
If you want to ensure your air conditioning stays in tip top condition, make sure to use it regularly as this the compressor will stay lubricated.Finding a mechanic you can trust to do a good job and charge a fair price, is not always easy, which is why we simplified the process.
