Very good service - will probably use again in the future
Booked my Mrs car in here for a mot at relatively short notice, booking in was simple and at a time good for us. Its a very clean tidy professional garage with friendly helpful staff. Mot was done quickly with a small "common sense" issue rectified in situ and no fail forced on us,we were told promptly once it was done and even had a quick vac n wash (which was very welcomed as there was a huge bird turd on the window). Global were recommend to me by some lads from Elland Road, and I would recommend them in a heart beat.
A fast and prompt service a fraction of dealer prices using dealer quality parts. Car was collected promptly and delivered back washed and valeted. I will be using Global Autocare for all my car service/repairs from now on. an A1 service what more can I say?
Great, I'm happy with the service
Been to a dodgy garage before this one so was a bit tentative getting my first MOT, went straight through with the health check highlighting one recommendation to be done on the next service. They reconfirmed my grevence with the other garage with the findings and it was an easy trouble free experience.
Friendly guys did a really good job on my car , i would recommend in and out
Took my car straight in and I was out within the half hour. They tried to charge me more but hadn't realised that they had quoted a different price. Staff were helpful.
Garage tried charging me more than they qouated me. Had tracking done but is worse than went in with plus wheels and steering not lined up would not recommend them at all sorry in and out
Really quick, efficient and thorough. explained all the problems and showed me what's happening on the car. friendly and accommodating staff.
Fast, efficient and a good price. All in all, definitely the best customer experience I've had from a garage in a long long time. Thanks guys, I'll definitely be back.
Got my discs and pads done great service and great job I will use them again
Great service, would recommend
Brill just struggled to get my parts but not there fault with age of my car. My breaks are working great now thank u
Final price was £40 more than the original quote but I was very pleased with the service. Picked up and dropped of my car, hassle free. Thanks.
Very happy with the service and work that was carried out on my car very reasonably priced and would certainly recommend this buisness from my experience using them and if any more work needs doing in the future I will certainly be giving these guys a call first.
This garage didn't do the repair
Nice guy and first class job with a cup of coffee while i waited.
Very helpful and sorted out the problem. And now I will take my car there from now on. Would highly recommend Bamford Motors. Thank you.
Everything went fine. Was happy with the price. Pleasant chap.
Brilliant service, have recommend to friends
Everything was great, very happy with the work and will definitely recommend.
Great Communication. Got us booked in straight away. Received reminder by text which was nice, Quick repair with no hassle. 10/10.
Very disappointed. Car collected by garage promptly, but later called to advise error on their behalf. Wrong part ordered and quoted. New quote £356.56. Despite inconvenience caused, garage would not honour the original quote nor negotiate on new price. Offer of repair declined
I never went ahead with the work for other reasons but would like to say that the customer service I received from them was second to none and they dealt with me very professionally

The majority of modern cars have air conditioning fitted as standard as it is vital for making the ride in a car comfortable for passengers.
An air conditioning system works by using refrigerant gas to push air through several components in the aircon system and then into your car.
Whether its freezing cold or boiling hot, it’s your air conditioning which makes driving in such conditions bearable, so it’s important to look after the system!
Surprisingly, over 10% of air-con gas escapes through the system each year. This means that the power of the system drops significantly over time. However, your air conditioning will not be checked during an MOT or service which is why it’s important that you make an effort to have it checked specifically.
Car manufacturers recommend that cars should have their air con recharged (Regassed) every two years.
Even if your car is new it should be something that you have checked as your cars performance could be significantly affected.
This is because the engine will have to work harder to produce cold air if there is an issue with the air conditioning meaning more fuel will be required to make the system work.
If the system has not been recharged in two years, the drop in engine performance will be noticeable.
As soon as you realise a drop in the power of your air con you should take the vehicle in for repair. If there is an unpleasant smell being emitted, this is another sign that the air con needs looking at.
The job of recharging air conditioning is not complex and will not take long.
The mechanic will carry out a leaks check on the air con system before the repair work, to ensure the job can be carried out without causing damage to the car.
As soon as this is complete, the technician will be able to recharge the system.
The mechanic carrying out the work will first remove old refrigerant from your car as well as the current gas and lubricant.
They will then replace it with new gas and lubricants.
The job will also typically include an entire system clean out which is carried out to remove any bacterial build up.
This is often the reason for a strange or unpleasant smell being emitted from the air conditioning which is why it is important to have this job completed every two years.
The whole process should take around 45 minutes as there are no new parts required for install.
The air conditioning in your car should be noticeably improved after a regas if you haven’t had one for over two years.
If you want to ensure your air conditioning stays in tip top condition, make sure to use it regularly as this the compressor will stay lubricated.Finding a mechanic you can trust to do a good job and charge a fair price, is not always easy, which is why we simplified the process.
We work with a network of over 10,000 mechanics and garages across the UK so we can find competitive air conditioning regas deals for you.
