yes very pleased
Very efficient, found the fault quickly and managed to have the car sorted the same day. Would recommend
Good price. Excellent service. Loan car available with no fuss or paperwork. Ready when they said it would be. Brilliant experience. No idea how good the disc and pad parts are as I'm not a mechanic, but the brakes work well and I have every reason to believe they'll last 0000's of miles. Likely to use again. Well done SCC!
Great garage. If anyone experiences problems with the automatic transmission this garage are able to assist. Whilst I didn’t have my car a period of time due to to the complexities of my problem the customer service was great. I was kept up to date with the problem and given options to resolve the issue.
Prompt, efficient service. Excellent.
Everything was perfect!
Great job! Would recommend!
Flexible, competent, and efficient. Definitely recommended!
Friendly staff and quick turn around
Very good service although pick up time of the car was delayed as they were particularly busy that day. I had requested additional work to be carried out during/ after the service and this was not charged due to the delay. Overall very impressed and would use them again.
Excellent service and fixed another problem that I had for ages, that other garages could not find
I got my VW GOLF fixed in this garage. The work here is reliable and transparent to customers. Dean is super helpful and always willing to communicate with the customer directly. Reasonable price, Solid work, efficient communication. Why not? 5 stars!
Very good customer service....borrowed a fun fiat 500 for the day.
Excellent service.great communication .informed of extra work needed before starring .very very happy .Would definitely recommend and go back for any work needed for our cars
Cheap quotes doesn’t always mean that work done are not to professional level in this case small car services was the cheapest quote i got for a brake disc and pads change. Being a full time student this was under my budget and the past reviews was really good therefore i gave it a chance. Dean was really helpful even went ahead to find me a replacement caliper as mine had seized . Friendly and fast service done to high standard and professional. I’ll definetly come back to get some work done on my honda civic ep3 type r. Cheers
Excellent service that despite checking all feeds to the car radio couldn't find any fault. However, they are ordering a used radio to fit my car. Who could ask for more?
Quick reply and excellent customer service . would recommend
Good place to go if you need car repairs in the Millbrook area of Southampton. As it's a small business you can speak directly to the person doing the repairs :-).
we asked replace the clutch and service. It was fantastic job! we definitely come back.
Service went ok, however there was a fault light with the car and the diagnostics undertaken was wrong. I was told the injectors were at fault according to the code, it turned out to be the crankshaft sensor.
very happy with the service, they were also very promptly and reasonably priced
Really efficient, rang up in the mrning, did it that day , in about an hour and a half. Great service!
Work was competed timely, cleanly and efficiently and as per the quote.
Did a very good job, I'll be going there in the future to get my car serviced by them!
Would definitely recommend, car collection was very helpful and they turned up exactly when they said they would. Car was even ready earlier than I thought it would be. Easy and a pleasure to deal with, will be using again.
arranged an appointment within a couple of days - and the work was done within a couple of hours - Recent temperatures in the 30’s Centigrade and a nice cool car proves the re-gas of my zircon was 100% successful
Garage carried out work efficiently and to a brilliant standard... Would definitely recommend
Brill service, care and attentive. Would thoroughly recommend and would use again!

The majority of modern cars have air conditioning fitted as standard as it is vital for making the ride in a car comfortable for passengers.
An air conditioning system works by using refrigerant gas to push air through several components in the aircon system and then into your car.
Whether its freezing cold or boiling hot, it’s your air conditioning which makes driving in such conditions bearable, so it’s important to look after the system!
Surprisingly, over 10% of air-con gas escapes through the system each year. This means that the power of the system drops significantly over time. However, your air conditioning will not be checked during an MOT or service which is why it’s important that you make an effort to have it checked specifically.
Car manufacturers recommend that cars should have their air con recharged (Regassed) every two years.
Even if your car is new it should be something that you have checked as your cars performance could be significantly affected.
This is because the engine will have to work harder to produce cold air if there is an issue with the air conditioning meaning more fuel will be required to make the system work.
If the system has not been recharged in two years, the drop in engine performance will be noticeable.
As soon as you realise a drop in the power of your air con you should take the vehicle in for repair. If there is an unpleasant smell being emitted, this is another sign that the air con needs looking at.
The job of recharging air conditioning is not complex and will not take long.
The mechanic will carry out a leaks check on the air con system before the repair work, to ensure the job can be carried out without causing damage to the car.
As soon as this is complete, the technician will be able to recharge the system.
The mechanic carrying out the work will first remove old refrigerant from your car as well as the current gas and lubricant.
They will then replace it with new gas and lubricants.
The job will also typically include an entire system clean out which is carried out to remove any bacterial build up.
This is often the reason for a strange or unpleasant smell being emitted from the air conditioning which is why it is important to have this job completed every two years.
The whole process should take around 45 minutes as there are no new parts required for install.
The air conditioning in your car should be noticeably improved after a regas if you haven’t had one for over two years.
If you want to ensure your air conditioning stays in tip top condition, make sure to use it regularly as this the compressor will stay lubricated.Finding a mechanic you can trust to do a good job and charge a fair price, is not always easy, which is why we simplified the process.
