Good customer service and communication. Fair price.
Amazing!! Booked the car in about 2 days before. Collected after 8am and was back on the drive by 12pm. Cost the exact amount I was quoted. Superb friendly service. 10/10 Thank you!!
Really great service again, communications was great (even if my phone signal was rubbish), and the only extra on the cost was for a blown lamp. Thanks guys
Very professional very courteous. Haven’t anything negative to say about Paul he done a very good job. Thank you Paul. All the best Martin.
Great, Quick Service. Very friendly service staff. You should take your car there. Now.
Spent more time than required for price paid. Not fixed but identified component fault for me to approach Audi direct. Only Audi can upgrade / access the software MMI system through their main dealerships.
Fantastic customer service from Paul & Dan and very fair pricing. Even supply a courtesy car. They’ve been going for 28 years and I now know why! Highly recommend these guys!
Great job. Thank you.
An excellent service with friendly staff who update and assist you every step of the way. Would happily use their services again and recommend to family and friends.
Best price.Work was carried out on time. Will use them again.
Chris was polite and helpful! My full car service and mot was done so fast and at a great cost with no advisories! Many thanks guys and have a great Christmas and New Year!
Service and MOT carried out professionally and quickly, highly recccomend.
Excellent service ..well recommended!!
Took the car in and it was ready to be picked up by lunchtime. Fast service, well recommended.
Very happy with the clutch and flywheel replacement, car now pulls away and drives as it used to. Only minor thing - they don't take cash, only cards, meaning an extra bus ride home to get the other half to pay with her card and bus back to the garage again. Would have been nice to have been told it was cards only when I booked the car in, dropped it off, or arranged to pick the car up!!
Friendly and helpful staff
Straightforward but prices quoted to repair my vehicle were very high so went elsewhere
Fantastic garage looked after my Mrs excellently couldn't do enough for her would recommend this garage to all outstanding service will definitely use again
Very happy with service, competitive price. Slight issue over reservation make sure you check the date tallys if booking via email. Would use again.
Just got the right place to go
Amazing company. Quick, efficient and friendly. Would 100% recommend using either for a quick fix or regular maintenance. I will definitely be using A & J Lawrence again.
Messed up first booking but was fine on the second. Good price. Accurate pricing.
Really great loved the job they done
They did the job I wanted at the price they quoted and quickly... What more could you want? The site is easy to find and the waiting area has Wifi and Tea/Coffee making facilities, plus it is clean.
Very good, there no problems at all. They did exactly what they said they would do and charged what they said they would.
Very good car completed on time staff very polite and friendly
Went in for ac recharge, excellent service with no concerns about work carried out.. chap who worked on my car was a credit to the garage.. Will definitely be using Westfields again, as need a no fuss work done garage which is local, these are hard to find

The majority of modern cars have air conditioning fitted as standard as it is vital for making the ride in a car comfortable for passengers.
An air conditioning system works by using refrigerant gas to push air through several components in the aircon system and then into your car.
Whether its freezing cold or boiling hot, it’s your air conditioning which makes driving in such conditions bearable, so it’s important to look after the system!
Surprisingly, over 10% of air-con gas escapes through the system each year. This means that the power of the system drops significantly over time. However, your air conditioning will not be checked during an MOT or service which is why it’s important that you make an effort to have it checked specifically.
Car manufacturers recommend that cars should have their air con recharged (Regassed) every two years.
Even if your car is new it should be something that you have checked as your cars performance could be significantly affected.
This is because the engine will have to work harder to produce cold air if there is an issue with the air conditioning meaning more fuel will be required to make the system work.
If the system has not been recharged in two years, the drop in engine performance will be noticeable.
As soon as you realise a drop in the power of your air con you should take the vehicle in for repair. If there is an unpleasant smell being emitted, this is another sign that the air con needs looking at.
The job of recharging air conditioning is not complex and will not take long.
The mechanic will carry out a leaks check on the air con system before the repair work, to ensure the job can be carried out without causing damage to the car.
As soon as this is complete, the technician will be able to recharge the system.
The mechanic carrying out the work will first remove old refrigerant from your car as well as the current gas and lubricant.
They will then replace it with new gas and lubricants.
The job will also typically include an entire system clean out which is carried out to remove any bacterial build up.
This is often the reason for a strange or unpleasant smell being emitted from the air conditioning which is why it is important to have this job completed every two years.
The whole process should take around 45 minutes as there are no new parts required for install.
The air conditioning in your car should be noticeably improved after a regas if you haven’t had one for over two years.
If you want to ensure your air conditioning stays in tip top condition, make sure to use it regularly as this the compressor will stay lubricated.Finding a mechanic you can trust to do a good job and charge a fair price, is not always easy, which is why we simplified the process.
