Very quick and easy to make an appointment. Good value too
It was the second time I have used Kam Servicing for my MOT and have used for other repairs too. The price is very competitive and the service is professional and reliable. I also appreciate that they call you by your name as you go in, which shows that they value their customers
Very good service thanks
Very polite, efficient service indeed.
Friendly helpful staff. My car passed the MOT and I didn't feel obligated to pay for extras. I plan to use this garage again in the future.
Very good, a long wait for a service and MOT. Charged extra for oil and “air in the oil pipes”. But overall I would use again.
Happy with the service. I had a servicing done and only needed a light bulb changed. The price was very competitive. Had my MOT done just after that and passed the test
brilliant from start to finish but there was another electrical problem stopping the AC working.
Perfect service. Thanks
Work was done fast and the price wasn’t just as stated
Work was completed in the time set out by the company and the customer service was spot on.
Just what I asked for
Great service, car was ready to collect the same day I dropped it in.
Thay did the job on time and where very helpful. I will be going back if I need help again. Thank you so much
Fair and honest
Will definitely be using again in the future
Fast , was using it first time but looks pretty reliable. Will come back if needed.
Spot on, nice friendly staff, knew what they were doing and took no time at all.
Excellent service very friendly & upfront no surprises
Good place to go well recommend it
Work completed within an hour and a half and at the price quoted
People good service good price good
Great service fixed my suspension for quoted price the. Did an MOT on top for half the price of a quote from the original MOT (Halfords)
Very quick and efficient puncture repair. I wasn’t in and out in about 15 minutes. The only thing I wasn’t sure about was when I called up I was told one price, but the price on here was less. I booked in at this price, but feel I would’ve been charged the higher price if I didn’t. Not sure whether there was any difference in the service.
Kam Servicing initially agreed an appointment that was in approx 36 hours. Due to towing they were flexible on the arrival time and agreed to accommodate an earlier time. They rang within 3 hours with a diagnosis of the problem and car was ready to go the next day. The provided a full explanation of the problem and the parts and labour to resolve the issue.
Unfortunately I was unable to get my AC refilled from this garage but that was due to my cars fault and it is something that I can get fixed from a Vauxhall main dealer only. The garage itself and the staff were really good. They were very helpful, freindly and informative too. I wouldn't hesitate to go there again, should I ever have to.
Excellent. Very nice lad. Got the job done very quickly without any hassle. And very honest through out the process. I would highly recommend him. Thank you.
They were striaght up and honest with me, didn't go ahead with the work because my condenser was broken. No charge. They even topped up my engine coolant free of charge. Would definitely consider them again again for any further work.
Excellent . Booked in when I wanted and collected 2 hours later. No problems

The majority of modern cars have air conditioning fitted as standard as it is vital for making the ride in a car comfortable for passengers.
An air conditioning system works by using refrigerant gas to push air through several components in the aircon system and then into your car.
Whether its freezing cold or boiling hot, it’s your air conditioning which makes driving in such conditions bearable, so it’s important to look after the system!
Surprisingly, over 10% of air-con gas escapes through the system each year. This means that the power of the system drops significantly over time. However, your air conditioning will not be checked during an MOT or service which is why it’s important that you make an effort to have it checked specifically.
Car manufacturers recommend that cars should have their air con recharged (Regassed) every two years.
Even if your car is new it should be something that you have checked as your cars performance could be significantly affected.
This is because the engine will have to work harder to produce cold air if there is an issue with the air conditioning meaning more fuel will be required to make the system work.
If the system has not been recharged in two years, the drop in engine performance will be noticeable.
As soon as you realise a drop in the power of your air con you should take the vehicle in for repair. If there is an unpleasant smell being emitted, this is another sign that the air con needs looking at.
The job of recharging air conditioning is not complex and will not take long.
The mechanic will carry out a leaks check on the air con system before the repair work, to ensure the job can be carried out without causing damage to the car.
As soon as this is complete, the technician will be able to recharge the system.
The mechanic carrying out the work will first remove old refrigerant from your car as well as the current gas and lubricant.
They will then replace it with new gas and lubricants.
The job will also typically include an entire system clean out which is carried out to remove any bacterial build up.
This is often the reason for a strange or unpleasant smell being emitted from the air conditioning which is why it is important to have this job completed every two years.
The whole process should take around 45 minutes as there are no new parts required for install.
The air conditioning in your car should be noticeably improved after a regas if you haven’t had one for over two years.
If you want to ensure your air conditioning stays in tip top condition, make sure to use it regularly as this the compressor will stay lubricated.Finding a mechanic you can trust to do a good job and charge a fair price, is not always easy, which is why we simplified the process.
