Alfa Romeo is a quintessentially Italian carmaker known for the style and elegance of its sporty vehicles. The Alfa Romeo 159 is a four-door saloon produced between 2004 and 2011, intended as an alternative to conventional models like the BMW 3 Series. It is also available as a ‘Sport Wagon' estate model with a maximum speed of 134.2 mph, achieving 0-60 in about eight seconds. At the 2006 European Car of the Year Awards, the 159 came in third place, and it won a design award at the Fleet World Honours ceremony that same year.
