It needed a couple of extra things which were clearly explained to me and I was offered it if wanted these done there and then. Team responded quickly to my car which wouldn't start (electric style fault) to get it collected and back to the garage for inspection. Even collected keys from my work. Fantastic!

A quick reply from Patrick followed by an explanation for what he believes would be required instilled immediate confidence in someone knowing what they were talking about. I am a novice in car repairs so after speaking to Patrick (who is so polite and does not talk down to you either) offering an explanation and picking up my car the same day i spoke to him, he promised to do all he could to get the car returned to me the same day (Saturday) as well which he did. So from around 10.00am collection and the car being returned around 3.30pm i really would call this service. I could get on with the rest of my day while Automotive Components Specialist Ltd took care of my car. The car drives great again and not only did they sort my clutch they sorted out a slight gearbox leak fixing the sales and replacing oil at the same time, all within the price i was quoted. One very happy customer here and i could not recommend this company any more. I would 100% use again and recommend to anyone who wants a garage that inspires confidence and trust. Oh and my car drives great again without noises or concerns. Thanks Patrick and Team

Patrick said it would take 3 days to complete and get my car back. Very professional and great customer service from Patrick. The garage was very customer friendly. However 2 brake pads were changed and charged without consent (although done in best interest). I'd still recommend the garage though.

Fantastic service from the garage, I received a call to say they were picking the car up 15 mins before and the person that picked the car up was also very personable. Came across as a very honest garage which was my main worry due to moving to a new area and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

Nice guys and got the job done. They had an issues with one of the parts but said they would stay late if they had to to get the job finished. Picked the car up a few hours later and so far so good, they reply fast on here and answer the phone quickly aswell

We received a fantastic level of service. Firstly, the voicemail left on the mobile was returned within an hour. They had space available to carry out the job immediately which saved time compared to other garages. The price was better than many of the other local garages. The aircon regas was carried out very satisfactorily and would rate this garage service as excellent. We would definitely use them again. The garage identified some body damage and quoted for repairs should we decide to carry them out at a later stage. The staff were very attentive and friendly.
