Very friendly and helpful
Dealing with indy from beginning to end was professional and he was clearly experienced in the work. What I liked was that he told me in plain terms of what needed to happen, what the process would be and the cost breakdown. I was able to leave the car, and he offered me a runaround car to use in the time being if I needed it. Once the work was done, he showed me the work, the previous parts, and how the work was completed. As it happens, a couple of days after taking the car, the engine management light came on. I contacted indy and he told me to bring the car back to inspect. He was totally honest in what the issue was, one of the new parts fitted had failed! Without any hesitation he said he would order a new part, and fit it. What I appreciated was that there was a clear ownership of the issue, and providing a great service. Unlike some mechanics, who try to deflect blame, or look for more money, he was completely professional and told me he would fix it. And a few days later I had the car picked up, fixed and complete. I also asked him to replace my wiper motor at the same time, hence the change in price. I was very impressed with the indy, and the service he provided. I would definitely recommend him, and hopefully I won't have to in the near future, but if I need to take my car to a mechanic, it will be going back to him!! Excellent value and a proper mechanic who takes pride in his work. Keep it up mate.

They were very accommodating and fixed the clutch straight away. Whilst completing this job Inderjit informed me of my front brakes and pads needed changing. He kept me updated and provided a reasonable quote. The team were friendly and professional whilst handling my car. They even opened the garage on a Sunday so I could collect my car. I couldn't ask for a better service and I highly recommend them.
I have not driven the car yet, after repairs, but up to this point all seem to be well. The price was competitive, to my knowledge. The car was collected with a temporary car left for my use. I was updated and the vehicle returned the next day. I was provided with photographs of "work in progress", which I feel is a great idea and a detailed invoice. I think, that in the future, it would be a good idea to put on an invoice the make of spare parts, as they vary greatly in price, between manufacturers. I will certainly send my car for repairs to this garage again and already mentioned to all other "old fogies" that the service was excellent.

Honest advice and recommendation on work that needed to be done so that the MOT could pass. Considering that the car had passed each of the last 3 years without any additional repairs, it was expected that this year would require new parts. Efficient completing the work and happy with the overall service provided.
Quick responses, was able to book the car in when it suited me but also very quickly. They kept in touch with me and work took as long as they said it would, no hanging around waiting. Very happy.

Fantastic, professinal and exceptionally executed service today for my full service which indentified an expected issue with my breaks that are now functioning perfectly. Additionally my breaks were replaced with a 2 year manufacturer warranty. I will be booking into this garage for my MOT next year and any other repairs required.
Stevie is a nice and professional guy. He completed a necessary replacement, identified a suggested improvement and rectified the problem with my A/C.
