Well, I was happy with the service but i had to pay more as they did not included the tensioners in the price and i wanted to have to change the breakfluid and another belts tio. It was a good price. I have 12 month guarantee too which is great. I will go back to this company. The negative side is as i’ve seen it that there is no proper customer service and those guys are overloaded and stressed. It is not theirs fault. This is a Management fault! Otherwise they gave a good and fast service, thanks. Thats why i gave 4 stars because of the scustoner service.

Put my request in for a job. Had a reply within 24 hours with a price. Job was done within 2 days of my enquiry. Fantastic. Feel so intimidated going into garages to sort my car out. My car went in for clutch and slave cylinder replacement, got my car back before the long Easter weekend, but needed to go back for a minor fault (no fault of AMS garage as even the Vauxhall agents struggle with the fault - after doing my own research). I called them up, they immediately sent out a Mechanic on a bank holiday to collect the car from my house, worked on it through the weekend and delivered it on the bank holiday Monday at my house. I was really impressed at the lengths AMS garage went to, ensuring that I was a happy customer. Excellent service guys, you're top of my list for recommendations!!

The problem turned out to be something else instead of what I thought it would be. I received great customer service; I received regular updates from Rob and he also arranged the collection and return of my car. I was impressed with the work and service received and would highly recommend this garage
