Fixed my initial problem on car, they even collected it from my house as I was at work. Cost me around 30 pound, one problem was my car mats were covered in grime afterwards I don't mind the car exterior coming back dirty but the original mats are stained and I found a food box half eaten left in the rear passenger foot well. If you don't mind cleaning up food and grime stuck in your cream floor mats then this is the place to use.
Very good smart repair on bodywork of my car
Great service, booked through website first thing in the morning, car was booked in and fixed with two hours! Very friendly staff and very helpful, got me back on the road in no time. Thank you very much!
Very happy, Rahul
Such quick and efficient work from Adam at the garage. I was able to drop my car off that same day after thinking my head gasket had gone which is what I was told from another garage and i received my car back later that evening all fixed. However Adam found that my head gasket was fine and it was instead a different job that needed doing which costed me a whole lot less than what I thought I’d have to pay. Couldn’t recommend the garage enough!
Excellent workmanship, very patient guys. Stored my car whilst I sourced the parts. Experts at panel alignment, dent removal and resprays. Definitely would recommend. 10/10 Thank you!
Friendly competent staff , good price for work
GREAT JOB! Can't believe the car looks like new. Both Dany and co were very polite and kept me informed every step of the way. Big job only took a couple of days. No question would recommend to any and everyone! Cheers Guys!!!
Good service. Just they didn’t give me receipt for the whole repair. I need to go there and ask for receipt as I need it for tax assessment.
Awesome service, and quick turn around.
A couple of garages have looked at the car and none of them gave me confidence in giving them the job. In other words I want to know if I'm being ripped off or not. After speaking to ride repairs mechanic after the diagnosis it was clear he was confident in what the problem was and spend a lot of time doing so. My fault was intermittent and he managed to replicate it and get to root cause. Sent me pictures of the part and talked me through the options. Then stayed late on a Friday to have it ready by morning. Very pleased and will be using this garage again in the future.
Great team fantastic service and friendly stall would use again ,Marcus has got a great garage a great team ..well done
Very friendly and professional. Will definitely return for any future repairs!
very pleased with this site
What is important to me are 2 things, getting the job done and service. Mark, the garage owner, kept me informed all the way, he was ready to work on my car at time stated and he picked me up from my work location after the job was done. Not only this but he could not find the tool in my car to take my alloys of so he found one after ringing some of his garage colleagues. He even sent me a internet link showing me where I could buy such a tool. What more can I expect, nothing.
Because of my husband working shifts I was unable to collect the vehicle from service and thought that this would make life very difficult, but Mark calmly offered to collect and return the vehicle, which to be honest I thought this type of customer service was dead and gone. Although my husband stated there were concerns he had with the car, Mark checked the items and gave them a clean bill of health, we have had other garages take advantage of this and bill us for work that was not carried out or required doing. Overall exceptional customer service and will use again.
Mark is excellent, a really nice guy, trustworthy and knows what he is doing. He is keen on problem solving to find the actua problem instead of replacing unnessary parts in hope. He has diganosed, explained and sorted out the problem ready for a full service after Christmas. I've been looking for a decent mechanic that I can trust for quite some time after some bad experiences with some in Brum.
Fantastic. Very impressed with quality of work from Mark. He has done a super job. I was kept informed every step of the way and the work that was needed to be done was explained to me very clearly, with pictures of the process carried out to remove the dent in my car. Mark was happy to work around my schedule, fitting me in during the weekend and very kindly dropped me back home. Fantastic customer care, amazing quality of service. Would happily recommend Mark to anyone.
good honest friendly bloke had a laugh whilst he fixed my car ordered good quality parts swell priced very reasonable
Excellent service.very competitive prices more importantly a man of his word.highly recommended.Would use again,no problem
Excellent garage. Very professional, honest, kept me informed throughout. Audi Stealership quoted £3300 for clutch/flywheel/labour on a 2007 Audi S5. These guys did the same job for £1495. Clutch/gears work perfectly. Would highly recommend them. 10/10
Very good customer care. Opened the garage late so I could pick the car up.
Excellent job repairing a deep scratch on my car, also advised on a few problem areas which he identified on the bumper, also did these at the same time, always kept me informed, highly recommended!
Excellent work. My car is my pride & joy and I was rather apprehensive to begin with. However, Dany was very reassuring throughout and the work carried out is outstanding! I’d definitely recommend. Thank you.
The team have done an amazing job on my car, I was shocked at how well the repairs turned out. Very good price. Great service, even dropped my car to my workplace. Would definitely recommend! d for some more work to be done on my car, as I was happy with the results, price and service...Revamp were able to give me a quote and completed 2 lots of work in the same time
Really nice professional team, and I'm very happy with the work carried out on my merc that now looks good as new, I would not hesitate to use them again, and would recommend to others. Laura
Hopefully our FAQ section has answered some of the questions you may have about bodywork repair. However, if you would like more information, we have the produced the following guide to help you understand the subject in greater detail.
Body work repair covers a wide range of job types which means the cost will vary greatly as well as the length of time it will take to carry out.
Panel beating is a job carried out by specialist bodywork technicians who are able to utilise specific tools and techniques to reshape the metal on the body of a car.
If you are involved in an accident, it will often be the body that takes the brunt of the damage as panels on a car are designed to absorb impact and reduce the force of a crash by cushioning the blow.
Even though a car may have suffered a huge impact, it doesn’t always mean that the panels need to be replaced.
Panel bashing involves using a huge variety of tools to manipulate the metal and get it back to it's original shape.
Depending on the extent of the damage, the amount of time and money spent will vary, however the cost is likely to be less than replacing an entire panel.
Getting a respray is a quick and easy job which most specialist body shops will be able to carry out.
Depending on the facilities at the body shop you choose, the time the job will take will vary.
Some specialists will have state of the art spraying booths and work with classic and high end cars, these facilities will be able to deliver the highest quality of respray work as the paint and delivery system will be the best available.
However, the job is likely to be more expensive than a conventional body shop.
The time taken and cost of the service will depend on the type of paint and the size of the area requiring respray.
Wrapping a car can help protect the paintwork from weather, chipping and rusting as well as UV rays which can fade the paint on your car.
Furthermore, if you happen to scratch or scuff your car, the wrapping will take the brunt of the damage and so protect the underlying paint.
You can have your car wrapped to display specific graphics if you are interested in changing the aesthetic of your car.
If you want a stripe on your car or other shapes, you can make the request from a specialist who will provide you with a quote.
Before a vinyl wrap is applied; all of the lights, door handles, trims and badges will be removed from the body of the car.
Special car wrapping surface cleaner will then be applied to your car before the wrap is applied.
The car wrap will can then be applied to the properly.
Once more, the time taken to complete the work depending on the size and shape of the piece.
Welding is an important part of bodywork car repair as it is essential for fixing different pieces of metal together.
Welding is a highly skilled job and should not be attempted unless you are a trained professional.
There are a huge amount of uses for welding on a vehicle as new parts can be created and existing ones can be repaired.
Many different parts of a car can be repaired with the help of a welding expert so do not think your car is written off if something falls out of the engine!
If you have been in an accident, we hope you're ok!
When it comes to having your car fixed after an accident it can be a toss up as to how much it will cost and how long the car will take to be repaired as the extent of the damage will be completely different from one to the next.
It's can be impossible to understand the extent of the damage to your vehicle after an accident so it's vital that you get more than one quote, as the cost could vary by hundreds of pounds from one garage to the next.
Rust removal can be a job completed without the need of a mechanic, however it depends on the extent of the damage and the area which is affected.
Rust forms when an anode, cathode and electrolyte combine.
The metal in your car acts as the cathode and anode which reacts with water (the electrolyte).
Even if your car is under cover, rust will form as a result of these elements coming together if the climate is humid enough.
You can buy specific products online which can help remove rust which are effective at repairing damage, however its effectiveness will vary on the extent of the damage.
The cost of a rust repair will once more depend on the extent of the damage.
Getting a scratch or scruff is common for cars in the UK however they can be perfectly removed with the right technical knowledge, tools and materials.
It’s important to remember that even if you have suffered from extensive scratching or scuffs, a trained professional has the ability to remove them with precision.
Removing a scratch is far cheaper than having an entire body piece replaced like a bumper so always check with a body shop to see if they can remove a scratch before replacing anything.
On average it doesn’t take too long to have your body work repaired when it comes to scratches and scruffs.
It’s important that you get a car scratch removed as soon as possible as it may get worse over time and the value of your vehicle will reduce!
Having a scratch removed by an expert is the best option unless you are a trained professional, as there are a variety of materials and techniques involved in the process.
The cost and time taken to complete the work will depend entirely on the extent of the damage to the body work so make sure to get as many quotes as possible to avoid paying over the odds.
The mechanic will apply the paint to the car scratch, or car scuff, as part of the bodywork repair.
The Paintwork repair required for removing car scratches and car scuffs shouldn’t vary in time or cost greatly, from garage to garage.
The bodywork required on a car restoration will be significant as whole panels are likely to require replacement and the ones which stay as part of the original vehicle, will need to be welded, have rust and scratches removed.
A full restoration make take years and they often do, as mechanics and hobbyists use their spare time and money to build their own cars.
A huge amount of car body work will be required on restorations as all of the components will be required to be removed and fixed back into place during different stages of the work.
Dent repair is one of the biggest parts of body work repair and is essentially the same as panel beating or panel bashing which is covered at the top of this guide.
