What lovely boys! Did a great job!
Dave and Steve are professional, efficient and knowledgable ! They worked days and nights (literally !) to fix my car. This is probably the best service in the area. My door was badly damaged (dented and deeply scratched) and they were able to fix this in less than 6 days ! I will definitely be using them in the future.
Dave and Steve replaced both front dampers and fixed the flapping belly pan, throughout the whole process both where a pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond with the courtesy car and trying to get the warranty company to cover the cost of the repairs. I will definitely have any further repairs done by then and would highly recommend them, their level of service is second to none!
Really pleased would definitely recommend
Good service and nice people. Got recommendations for what I should do next as well as told I did not need certain repairs I thought I needed. Will use again.

Fab garage, that fixed my car quickly and had me back on the road ASAP. Great mechanics too, who are straight forward and honest. Very impressed. A+++++++ We will be back
I needed a mechanic who was knowledgeable with a Volvo Auto gearbox. After performing a proper plugin diagnostic at £79 Jamie was confident that the issue's I was experiencing would be solved with a gearbox oil change and a gearbox reset. He described what was involved and estimated that It would be around £330 and it should take about 2-3 hours to do. In the end he had the car for a couple of days, it turned out to be one of those jobs that needed a very good understanding of Auto gearbox's and a lot of time and patience. The Final Invoice came in at £256.00. Jamie was very polite, friendly and patient, considering the amount of questions I kept throwing at him. I have no doubt he knows his stuff and would have no hesitation in recommending his services. Thanks for a job well done Jamie, I can now sell the car knowing I'm not passing on a problem to someone else.
Took my car to a few garages hybrid did everything no hassle car is great well done very pleased will recommend anyone will use them in the future
Jamie, Jim and all the team at Medway Hybrid Centre are very professional, honest and trustworthy mechanics that know what they are doing. Even though the problem with my car was a long and costly job to repair, Jamie was upfront and explained the problem to me. I have since been back for some more work and will not go anywhere else now. The customer service from these guys is also spot on.
Very pleased would recommend him to my friends pleasant and helpful
Would have given a 5* I asked if they could have a look at handbrake cable whilst oil draining and the fella wanted to charge me nearly £40 labor that’s not good customer service

Very good service and the cheapest in Kent.
Good service received from this garage.
The guys at JR services were quick to respond to my request for a quote on a replacement clutch which they gave me a good price for and fit me in within a few days. They also offered a pick up and delivery on my car which worked around my work hours. Very accommodating. I got an all round great service from these guys and would recommend them to friends and family and will definitely be using again in the future. Thanks guys for being so accommodating!

5 stars. Very hard working guy and he did a good job. Will use the garage again.
Front brakes on BMW 3 series. Lewis was excellent, changed my brake discs and pads with no fuss or drama. Quite hard to find as sat nav directs you up back lanes and dead ends. My car even got stuck at one point and Lewis came and helped me out. No hesitation in recommending him again. CALL HIM FIRST to get proper directions into his address would be my advice for your first visit.
A clean and organised garage and a mechanic who clearly knows what he’s doing. I highly recommend Garage 7.
Amazing. Work completed quickly and great communication. Had a little oil leak after but was fixed without charge, and was no fault of their own. Will be back!
Excellent and thorough work at a competitive price . This mechanic knows his stuff
Expertly dealt with for brakes and pads for the price quoted and offered some useful advice

A brake, or brake pad is a system that safely enables a car to stop. Brakes get rid of the kinetic energy that helps the car move, which is done by using force of friction to convert this motion of energy into heat. Your car's braking system is made up of the following components: Brake discs, which spin with your car's wheels, Brake Pads, which push on the discs to slow the car, Brake Calipers which hold, and push, the pads, Brake Lines (or 'Hoses') which carry Brake Fluid, and your Brake Master Cylinder and Servo, which work to amplify the effort you use when pushing the brake pedal. Wear or failure of any one of these components will cause braking problems, requiring repair.
Modern cars have brakes on all four wheels which are operated by a hydraulic system and are made up of several components all of which are subject to stress which could result in breakage.
The front brakes in a car are typically the ones which play the greater part in bringing a car to stop as the weight of the car is thrown forward every time the vehicle comes to a stop.
There are different systems used for braking from one car to the next which suits the needs of the vehicle size and function.
The common hydraulic system uses fluid to apply pressure to pistons in the car close to its wheels to bring the car to a halt.
Some cars also have power brake assistance which helps to reduce the amount of effort required to apply stopping power.
If you need to have your brakes repaired there are several issues that could have caused the problem and several things that could be affected.
If you suspect you need your brakes repaired but your car is still drivable, there are some symptoms which could give you clues as to what the problem is.
The brakes are often the noisiest part of a car if there is an issue which means you should be able to hear a problem which cannot be said of many other broken car parts. Therefore, noticing the need for a car brake repair should be obvious. But you can check faulty brake symptoms here.
Brake pads are a critical component of a car and a vehicle cannot come to a halt without them functioning properly. Brake pads are fitted to the brake calipers which push the pads into the brake discs which are fitted to a car wheel. When a car is moving, the pads grip the discs to slow down the wheel and thus slow the car down.
A high amount of heat energy is created from the resulting friction as explained above and over time, this will wear brake pads down.
Brake pad replacement is a common job, the work to remove a worn-down-set is not complex so if you require a brake pad replacement, the repair will not be a lengthy one.
If you would like to understand how to tell when your brakes need servicing read our dedicated guide.
Brake discs are fitted to the car wheel itself and they are gripped by the brake pads.
Brake discs replacement is more expensive; the parts are more expensive than pads. Often pads are placed at the same time the discs are replaced.
If a mechanic advises you to replace your brake discs, they will likely suggest replacing the pads at the same time due to a the low cost of the part and the little extra labour time needed.
The cost of brake pad replacement may vary depending on the car make and model. This is because there are different sizes of brake pads and the cost increases as they get bigger. For example, a Land Rover will require a bigger set of brake pads as opposed to a Fiat Punto.

If you specifically require brake disc replacement, the work will take a similar amount of time to a brake pad replacement.
However, as highlighted above, the cost will be more expensive that pads due to the parts pricing.
Brake pads are changed by removing the wheel and unscrewing the bolts which hold the part in place. The part is then simply taken off the brake caliper and a new brake pad is fitted. The same process will be applied for each of the pads that need to be replaced.
There are many other common issues which can arise with the braking system which are not connected to brake pads and discs issues. The brake lines are susceptible to leakage as brake fluid can leak from the system if rust is untreated. The master cylinder is also a part of the braking system which can become faulty. There are several obvious signs that your brake pads and discs are not operating properly. If your car is taking much longer to come to a stop, it will be clear that there is a problem with your brakes.
