Good price good service. Made a small mistake but promptly corrected at my house with no fuss.
I liked this garage, chaps a nice, and the job was done efficiently and correctly. I was able to use a courtesy car whilst the work was being done.
Fantastic service as always from Patrick and the guys at interserve.
Can't fault the guys, top class
Great service as always.
Great, friendly, reasonably priced
Brilliant service and made me fell very welcome
I would 6/5 stars if possible. Fantastic service, I would highly recommend them.
Brilliant service. Paid the price I was quoted and was out within the hour. very friendly staff
Full service. Very competitive price, service was friendly and quick. Highly recommend.
Absolutely amazing service, BMW 3 series full brake pads and discs change and were miles cheaper from the rest. Can see why now they got 5 stars from everyone else. Deff going back there if I have any issue with my car.
Very happy with job and the service - Austin provided a courtesy car, explained thoroughly the job showing me the worn parts that had been replaced. The job was tricky as the sub-frame bolts were ceased and there was a small problem with the replacement clutch, a defective part, but this was replaced rapidly before I picked the car up. I would definitely recommend this garage - good on price and the job was done thoroughly.
Brilliant garage, originally wanted just my pads changed however on inspection Austin suggested I have the discs changed too. Wanted Brembo pads which Austin was able to accommodate! Amazing garage and reasonable prices! Thanks guys!!
They were brilliant!
I am very happy with the exhaust fitting and com's from the fitter who kept me updated; when he needed to get another part.I would highly recommend the Garage and will consider using again if needed.
Highly recommend, came out to my yard and did job while I was out working. Very handy and reliable and a fair price too. Will definitely use again
Great price , great work can’t fault it reasonable price and the convenience of doing the job on my drive while I’m in work highly recommend and will be using again.
Fantastic service, would highly recommend to anyone, Barry is a sound bloke and his prices are best around.
Highly recommended, wouldn't use any other mechanic now. Andrew knows what hes talking about, but also puts the customer first. Job which was quoted a days work by a well know fleece chain of garages, was completed in less than two hours and well under half the price. I can not speak any more highly of this guy...
Leak checked full vac not lile ats tyres who only vaced for few mins highly recomended will be back again very nice bloke and very frendly better than most out there
Paul, the young mechanic did my Renault Scenic just recently . Being the older type mechanic myself and knowing how much is involved having given up because of age it was a bit of a surprise because he knew quite a few of my old friends who are still fitting and living quite close. Sorted me for someone local if it needs be I will go to WCFMC again thanks to the team and you Paul!!
Great job done well. Will use again.
I would highly recommend this garage. They were very helpful, professional and gave excellent value for money. I will definitely be using them again.
Well this had been an "interesting experience." Thought i would save myself some hassle by using this website and get some quotes from local garages. This was only good in theory. I added all my details to the system including the registration and therefore the age of the vehicle. When i accepted C.E.M Day Ford's offer (I have a Ford), i contacted them and the standard price of my major service leapt to £305. C.E.M Ford explained that they charge 0-3 years old vehicles a "scheduled service" to use against the warranty, and £215 for a "Major service" for those out of Warranty or more than 4 years old. The difference between Scheduled and Major is A) the name and B) a pollen filter. Other customers may be happy with this arbitrary arrangement, but as a first time Ford Customer, it left me with a bad taste. The official reason for the price lift is to attract customers with cars older than 4 years old (and repel those who have just forked out on new ones?) In regards to the quotation of £215 increasing to £305 on contact, CEM ford explained this was due to them not knowing the age of the vehicle when making the quote. Who can Fix my car .com have explained that the referral to C. E. M FORD contains the registration of the vehicle and therefore they can tell the age of the vehicle. who can fix my car .com said, businesses do not have to honour the quote they give, making the website a little redundant? In the end I became "that customer," as I could over hear them talking whilst they transferred my call. In fairness to me, if someone jumped the price of your haircut by £90 you would not be happy to pay, why should it matter if its a car Garage? Pollen filters do not cost £90. I feel fully welcomed to FORD.
Your brakes are extremely important to the safe operation of your vehicle. The job of your brakes is to bring your car to a stop as quickly as possible and if they are not working correctly, the stopping distance will increase and the likeliness of a collision will increase.
Brakes are made up of many different components and repairs could be needed on any one of them. Brakes consist of Brake Calipers, Brake Discs, Brake Pads, Brake Fluid and the Handbrake. The brake calipers squeeze the brake pads against the disc, this creates friction that prevents the disc from spinning and thus the wheels stop moving. New brakes cost different amounts depending on your car, manfacturers will recommend different parts for different cars. Depending on your vehicle, different components will be used. For example, larger vehicles will use discs with ventilation as there is a greater build up of heat when stopping a larger vehicle. Because of this costs will vary from vehicle to vehicle.
The brakes on the front of the car usually contribute the most to bringing a car to a stop as the weight of the car is thrown forward each time the vehicle stops.
Different vehicle have different brake systems and use slightly different parts.
The common hydraulic system uses fluid to apply pressure to pistons in the car close to its wheels to bring the car to a halt.
Some cars also have power brake assistance which helps to reduce the amount of effort required to apply stopping power.
If you need to have your brakes repaired there are several issues that could have caused the problem and several things that could be affected.
If you suspect you need your brakes repaired but your car is still drivable, there are some symptoms which could give you clues as to what the problem is.
The brakes are often the noisiest part of a car if there is an issue which means you should be able to hear a problem which cannot be said of many other broken car parts.
A brake change can vary in cost depending on what exactly you are having done but the average price is around £180. A brake pad replacement will cost less than replacing brake pads and discs. This is because the cost of brake pads is less than the cost to replace brake pads and brake discs. Brake discs replacement is more expensive because the brake discs cost more than brake pads and usually brake pads are changed at the same time brake discs are changed.
New brake pads can vary in price depending on the brand used, so make sure you ask your mechanic what brand of parts they are using. Remember, cheapest is often not the best!
A brake service is offered by some garages and often comprises of a quick check of all the components involved with powering your brakes before concluding whether or not replacing brake pads, brake discs or both is the best course of action. Often a brake service will cost you nothing but can cost a small amount for the garages time. But if the garage finds a problem, they will often waive the brake service cost if you have the worked completed with them. The brake repair cost is what makes it worthwhile the garage waiving the fee for the brake service.
