Very professional service. Car fixed in agreed time. The mechanics went the extra mile by bringing my car back. Would recommend.
The price was as quoted. My car needed extra work but it was only an additional £25 on top of the quoted price. Very satisfied with the work carried out. Would certainly use this garage again.
After doubting so many garages and having cowboys work on my cars i gave this garage a chance and i can confirm that if anything at all is needed with my car then they will be the first call I make.Really happy with the work and price. Thanks very much, now my one and only local Indy Garage Pat
Quick response to any questions, efficient and a good job done in the time allocated. Definitely recommend this garage.
Good service. Incorrectly supplied filters from factors. NEST arranged genuine filters from dealer at their expense. They would not let the car go without it being right and me being happy.
Excellent service. They were very helpful diagnosing the problem and solving it for a fair price. We will use them again.
Extremely proficient and professional with the best quote around. Can't fault the service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the garage or use them again. One very happy drive.

Perfect service. Thank you. Will be back definitely.
Price agreed upon. No hidden charges. They gave me a list of problems that may need looking at, then pointed out my car was under warranty so take it to the dealer, no hard sell, just clean, good professional work.
Been to a dodgy garage before this one so was a bit tentative getting my first MOT, went straight through with the health check highlighting one recommendation to be done on the next service. They reconfirmed my grevence with the other garage with the findings and it was an easy trouble free experience.
Great, I'm happy with the service
A fast and prompt service a fraction of dealer prices using dealer quality parts. Car was collected promptly and delivered back washed and valeted. I will be using Global Autocare for all my car service/repairs from now on. an A1 service what more can I say?
Did a real good job and very quick would recommend
James was very thorough and honest. He found unforeseen issues caused by previous mechanics and made sure to call for permission before any additional work was done. He made everything was as smooth and easy as possible. I was running late to the garage to pick up my car, (I was catching a train and using a taxi to get there) it ended up being after the garage closed that I would arrive. James said to let him know 15 minutes before I would arrive and he'd open up for me to collect. Sure enough, I arrived and he turned up with a smile on his face and took the time to go through everything with me, making sure not to rush. Really above and beyond! I will be returning!
They were brilliant!
Cannot fault the price or the work
Great service. Picked my car up for a clutch replacement and front brake discs and pads which I bought myself, so needed someone to fit them. The service was great and as it stands, the car is running great (touch wood). Thanks and I would highly recommend, and will be using again come MOT time for my motor. Thanks
The service was top class from start to finish. Everything was explained, the even showed me the Brocken that was replaced. Will recommend this garage to anyone
Very pleased with the work that was done. Would definitely use again and would highly recommend
Nest Autos were top class from the start. They collected the car from my place of work. Once back at the garage they removed the gearbox and clutch assembly and sent me a video of the flywheel & clutch. proving how damaged they were and needed replacement. They also found the gearbox was leaking oil and quickly and very cheaply remedied that. My overall opinion of the chaps working there is very good. I will most definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Clutch replacement is one of the most common repairs carried out by mechanics in the UK as the nature of the part means it will naturally degrade over time, regardless of how much care you take or precautions you put in place.
The rate of degradation will alter from car model to car model as each are designed differently with some cars having significantly superior parts.
However, the way somebody drives a car is a huge factor in how a clutch performs. We will go onto this in more detail further down the guide and will demonstrate what you should be doing to elongate the lifespan of your clutch.
The Clutch is the part of your car engine which is responsible for engaging and disengaging the power transmission.
It’s a vital part of an engine and is essentially there to connect two parts of the system that can’t make a car move unless they're connected. Clutches engage and disengage two rotating shafts which then allow your car to move.
When you press the clutch down and move your car into gear, you are connecting the two shafts and transitioning from one gear to the next.
Its an essential function which allows a car to move through gears effectively and efficiently.
Automatic cars have an in-built clutch which takes over the control of this interchange, this means that the car itself decides what gear you should be in depending on the driving conditions regardless of the driver.
There are a variety of signs to look out for when it comes to an underperforming clutch as the performance of your car will be noticeably effected as well as your ability to change gears.
Here are the most common issues which will be caused by a damaged clutch.
Slipping is one of the most common clutch issues and can cause a drop in performance, as well as damage, if not diagnosed in time.
The things you need to watch out for are;
The problem with a slipping clutch is that it will only get worse as time goes on. Slippage increases the heat generated in between the two shafts and the hotter this area becomes the less able it is to maintain its grip, therefore increasing the slippage. The greater the slippage the greater the heat generated.
So it’s clear to see that this is an issue that will only get worse if left without attention.
Chattering occurs when the clutch is being used and a grabbing or jerking can be felt in the vehicle.
This problem is caused by the following internal clutch issues;
If you are hearing strange noises like growls or squeals, this can be another sign of a problem with a clutch, as vibrations within the part would cause such sounds.
If you hear any strange noises coming from your car, have it looked at immediately as a fault with your clutch could cause serious danger while you are driving.
Replacing a clutch can take as little as a few hours or as longs as a few days depending on the car and garage.
Many cars will have easy access to the clutch and so replacing the part will be straightforward however others will be more complex and will need other parts removing before the mechanic can get to the clutch.
Once more, a new clutch will cost different amounts depending on the car. You could be paying £250 or £600 from car to car or garage to garage, that is why it is so important to get a range of quotes from garages in your local area.
Fortunately replacing a clutch is one of the most common repair jobs carried out by mechanics in the UK which means you will be able to find a range of quotes from garages in your local area as it will be a job they are all well practiced in completing.
