Nat and his team are amazing they are super busy probably due to the great service they provide . Quickly diagnosed a problem with my gear box that had been butchered by my usual garage put that right and sourced and fitted a driveshaft at a very reasonable price . Will definitely use these guys again
Really smooth process from beginning to end. Good idea to send a video explaining the service advisories. Had to pay £20 more than the quoted price for synthetic oil, but was still a good overall price.

Being a bit of a car enthusiast and often switching cars, I've encountered many problems with garages. Having a good working knowledge of cars has always helped me out but it hasn't stopped garages trying to pull the wool over your eyes at every oppertunity. With this in mind, I'm quite sceptical about using new garages but having asked questions prior to booking and specifically picked a garage that include parts and labour warranty nationwide, i felt pretty comfortable using Parkside. Having just got the car back, I can't rate them highly enough. Extremely friendly, super helpful, knowledgable and kept up-to-date on the state of repair each step of the way. Car went in for a clutch replacement but if you know much about cars, there are usually a few other costs associated with a clutch replacement. As luck would have it, my flywheel also needed replacing. I received a call, was told it was close to been fully worn and that although it didn't need replacing just yet, they recommended it should be. I agreed. The guys did this for absolute peanuts and halved the cost of what the work would of been with BMW without compromising on the quality of parts or workmanship. Car back, drives like a dream and have definitely found a loyal customer in me for future repairs and work. Cracking job all around. Well done lads. Happy customer.

Less than a 24 hour turnaround from quote to getting the car back, complimentary valet of the car and beat the other quotes i had by £200 or so!
My puncture wasn't worth repairing as the tread was very low.so I bought 2 new tyres instead,problem solved.

Garage was great! Undertook some additional things i needed with the car. Plus replaced flywheel while all parts were off. feels like a new car now!! KDP provided honest and fair advice at all times. No frills approach. Got the job done quickly and efficiently at a price that was fair. Will be going back for some extra work once parts arrive! Good for those that work in town needing repairs while at work. Dropped me at the office too after i'd left my car and made whole experience easy...

I had an engine misfire , and check engine sign was flashing on my dashboard. I was charged 25 pounds for initial diagnosis and was offered 10% off the cost of diagnosis , when I get it fixed with them. I was asked to drop in instantly and my problem was resolved in an hour. The diagnosis was good, and I dint feel like I was being ripped off. The staff were super friendly, down to the engineer at work. Kelley and Dale were fantastic and very polite. Kelly had also dropped me off at my place , whilst the work was going on. My car is running fine now. I was very skeptical abt garages ripping customers off, but I think I've found one I can trust. If you're like me, I'd recommend this garage, as the prices are fair, and staff is friendly. I will definately opt for this garage again, for my MOT. Thanks KDP.
5 star service - after looking hard for a garage I could trust I took a gamble with KDP based on its previous reviews. I found Kellie was very informative and knew a lot about her cars, she was honest and trustworthy telling me of the work I actually didn't need instead of getting me to pay for what I didn't need and rip me off like some other garages. They picked up my car in the morning and whilst at the garage informed me I had a snapped spring and worn out bushes which they changed on top of the agreed work on the day. kept me informed all the way through, id definitely recommend this garage and will be coming back here every time if there's any problems with my car. Car now drives smoothly
