Excellent service. The mechanic went to the trouble of discussing what they had done which was very much appreciated. The receptionist was very friendly.will definitely be back.

2 years in a row I’ve had a full service and MOT with Drivers Autocentre. Never had any issues car passed first time and definitely the lowest price I could find. Will use again next year

Thanks Drew & the guys , using this garage for a while now car mot & full serviced no problem thanks again
Yes. They did more work than original estimate and appeared to have done a good job and good value . Very helpful.
Cracking service from these guys, picked my car up and had phoned with a price within 2 hours. Work was done that day, car feels much better and advised of a couple of things still needing done. Car was dropped back off also at no extra cost.
Great service and the job was done fast and efficient. The car drives like new.
My car got repaired the very next day, great service. Will use again.
Excellent service highly recommend
excellent garage great guys that work there
Good feedback of diagnostics done. Happy with work undertaken.
Very friendly and professional at the same time. I’m very happy. Highly recommended
Patrick is a amazing person, could have charged a lot more as I was getting quotes which were much higher than what Patrick quoted me, I have definitely found a new family mechanic and will recommend to everyone I know Patrick is honest and is a hard worker with no nonsense
Excellent customer service and did a great job with sufficient warranty. Car was collected an delivered in excellent condition. Patrick, Sean and team did an excellent job. I was kept informed during the process and they were always easily contacted. Car driving well after the additional recommendations were added.
I needed the front brake discs and pads replaced on my Toyota Yaris and this was one of the cheaper offers and even offered to collect my car in the morning and deliver it back home once the work was done for free. The garage was nearly 20 miles away from my house! With Patrick already having amazing reviews I immediately accepted the offer and was not disappointed. Patrick was incredibly polite and picked up the car exactly when he told he would and dropped it off just 7 hours later were other garages wanted to keep it overnight and charge more than £200. Will definitely be the garage I stick with in the future.
Patrick did an amazing job with repairing the gearbox to my vehicle that had completely given up the ghost and wouldn't budge.Service was excellent and very speedy. We most especially appreciated the fact that he went the extra mile to do overtime to get the car done on time and delivered the same evening of repair! The car runs smoothly in gear shifts and runs like new, and the quality done in work is top notch with a very competitive unbeatable price. It was also extremely helpful that he was able to pick up and drop off the vehicle back to the house free of charge, which says a lot about the quality of customer service.Patrick now has a permanent customer from us :)
Thank you very much for your help and Mr Patrick have done a GREAT JOB to my car. My engine is very smooth with fast acceleration. I am definately be with you for the next service. Doan in 225 Watford way
Definitely
An incredibly good service. Excellent price, great customer service and communication. Went £4 over estimate but also fitted a new thermostat I had boxed up in the car for free. Would always recommend them to anyone.
Got the work done quickly and efficiently, no hitches whatsoever. Hard to find a garage that does the work at a fair price and at a pace as quick as Swanmores. Finally found a garage that's going to be my go to every time I need some work done to my car. Appreciate it!
Job done, kept informed and useful information for future reference. Thanks.
Front brake pads replaced, excellent will definitely go back. thankyou
Was told turbo had seized.went to piston& rotor for second opinion.within 15 minutes the diognosed problem was a cracked inlet manifold. Saved me a lot of money.cant praise them enough
Completed diagnostic as requested. Timescales for job initially unclear but clarified later. Comprehensive explanation of fault and discussion of options.
Excellent straight to the point service Literally went for an interim service, dropped the car off, came back an hour later, done Easy And also very cheap
Fantastic service. Just need a bigger sign to find it.

Clutch replacement is one of the most common repairs carried out by mechanics in the UK as the nature of the part means it will naturally degrade over time, regardless of how much care you take or precautions you put in place.
The rate of degradation will alter from car model to car model as each are designed differently with some cars having significantly superior parts.
However, the way somebody drives a car is a huge factor in how a clutch performs. We will go onto this in more detail further down the guide and will demonstrate what you should be doing to elongate the lifespan of your clutch.
The Clutch is the part of your car engine which is responsible for engaging and disengaging the power transmission.
It’s a vital part of an engine and is essentially there to connect two parts of the system that can’t make a car move unless they're connected. Clutches engage and disengage two rotating shafts which then allow your car to move.
When you press the clutch down and move your car into gear, you are connecting the two shafts and transitioning from one gear to the next.
Its an essential function which allows a car to move through gears effectively and efficiently.
Automatic cars have an in-built clutch which takes over the control of this interchange, this means that the car itself decides what gear you should be in depending on the driving conditions regardless of the driver.
There are a variety of signs to look out for when it comes to an underperforming clutch as the performance of your car will be noticeably effected as well as your ability to change gears.
Here are the most common issues which will be caused by a damaged clutch.
Slipping is one of the most common clutch issues and can cause a drop in performance, as well as damage, if not diagnosed in time.
The things you need to watch out for are;
The problem with a slipping clutch is that it will only get worse as time goes on. Slippage increases the heat generated in between the two shafts and the hotter this area becomes the less able it is to maintain its grip, therefore increasing the slippage. The greater the slippage the greater the heat generated.
So it’s clear to see that this is an issue that will only get worse if left without attention.
Chattering occurs when the clutch is being used and a grabbing or jerking can be felt in the vehicle.
This problem is caused by the following internal clutch issues;
If you are hearing strange noises like growls or squeals, this can be another sign of a problem with a clutch, as vibrations within the part would cause such sounds.
If you hear any strange noises coming from your car, have it looked at immediately as a fault with your clutch could cause serious danger while you are driving.
Replacing a clutch can take as little as a few hours or as longs as a few days depending on the car and garage.
Many cars will have easy access to the clutch and so replacing the part will be straightforward however others will be more complex and will need other parts removing before the mechanic can get to the clutch.
Once more, a new clutch will cost different amounts depending on the car. You could be paying £250 or £600 from car to car or garage to garage, that is why it is so important to get a range of quotes from garages in your local area.
Fortunately replacing a clutch is one of the most common repair jobs carried out by mechanics in the UK which means you will be able to find a range of quotes from garages in your local area as it will be a job they are all well practiced in completing.
