there was a mix up between Craig and myself ref booking in car and leaving the keys. I should of have MOT on monday and it never got done to Tuesday. Craig was bit upset over this, so he ensured that not only he upgraded my service to to a higher level service (which included change of oil filter and spark plugs) at no cost to me. He also dropped car off at my house when job was finished. Really good job on car, service excellent and MOT passed 2nd time. He replaced headlight bulbs, at a small cost to me but did not charge labor . this is impressive as i have renault megane and they are v difficult to replace bulbs. Overall i found craigs service and dedication excellent. My only moan is i never found him sooner. I have lived in Gloucester for 5 years but moving up north at end of next month. I can guarantee that if I was staying in Gloucester I would be using Craig all the time for work on my car thank you for excellent service Craig

Having recently moved into the area we have used a couple of garages, but have now found a "gem" in Se7en Service & Repairs. Not only did they complete all the work necessary but, typically, on the way there we noticed something else wrong with the car. Without any issues they were able to trace the fault and fix this as well as all the other work and in the same timescales. You couldn't ask for more than that - I would highly recommend Se7en as they kept us informed all the way through the service, MOT and the additional work. Thank you for such brilliant service.
