The BEST garage I've ever been to, hands down. My brake pads and plates took longer than expected because of some other problems they found. It took them 3 hours to sort out but they didn't charge me extra and they did an amazing job. Car is as good as new! Would recommend every time and will definitely be using again.

I needed a mechanic who was knowledgeable with a Volvo Auto gearbox. After performing a proper plugin diagnostic at £79 Jamie was confident that the issue's I was experiencing would be solved with a gearbox oil change and a gearbox reset. He described what was involved and estimated that It would be around £330 and it should take about 2-3 hours to do. In the end he had the car for a couple of days, it turned out to be one of those jobs that needed a very good understanding of Auto gearbox's and a lot of time and patience. The Final Invoice came in at £256.00. Jamie was very polite, friendly and patient, considering the amount of questions I kept throwing at him. I have no doubt he knows his stuff and would have no hesitation in recommending his services. Thanks for a job well done Jamie, I can now sell the car knowing I'm not passing on a problem to someone else.

Jamie, Jim and all the team at Medway Hybrid Centre are very professional, honest and trustworthy mechanics that know what they are doing. Even though the problem with my car was a long and costly job to repair, Jamie was upfront and explained the problem to me. Excellent service ,oil change and filter, but did a full check and advised rear discs wearing and as going to Spain had these changed as well. No problems at all very good prices and very good staff excellent knowledge ,will be back for full service in 3 mths.

Got front tyres, rear brake pads and discs changed, and aircon regassed for the above price. Customer service was excellent - very helpful and professional. Mr Singh originally quoted for a head gasket replacement (self diagnosed with the help of the Internet). Upon thorough investigation Mr Singh believed that the fault lay elsewhere and regarded replacing the gasket as an unnecessary expense. The fault has now been fixed and, as a consequence of Mr Siingh's diligence and honesty, saved me over £800 from the original quote.
