Excellent, friendly and professional service from Go Vehicle Specialist Services Ltd. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again and would recommend to all. I chose this garage as they offered the collection/return service, which I hoped would include Otley where I work, and it did. It was no trouble at all organising this, Jerome was very helpful in arranging this for me and even fit me in a week later, after I had to cancel my first date/time due to illness. Nothing was too much trouble. My 2007 Hyundai Accent flew through its MOT - it was picked up at 10am and returned 3.30pm the same day. I am one very happpy customer, thank you!

I got many quotes for clutch replacement on my Hyundai i20. Acer's quote was £100 cheaper than the next cheapest. I was wary about going for it but decided to take a chance after reading their reviews. I made the right decision ! Acer give you reasonably priced, honest, down to earth, friendly and most helpful service, unlike the smug forced politeness you get at main dealers. They go the extra mile to make sure you are a happy customer. A broken bolt in the clutch fork had damaged the clutch, causing a violent jerking when moving off from rest and stiffening of the gears. They replaced the clutch and fork (an expensive dealer-only part) for probably half what a Hyundai dealer would charge. Now I move off very smoothly and the gears slide in like butter. Lovely job. I'll be back at MOT time.
