Probably the best service I’ve received from a garage! I’ll start with the main man, Jit, I spoke to him on a Thursday evening, with some concerns about my car. He listened to everything I had to say before saying anything himself, just talking to him on the phone gave me some confidence in him, he most deffinitly knows his stuff. We arranged an appointment for the following afternoon. Jit may not like this next bit, but I did some research about the fault (as we do) prior to taking the car to him for inspection and boy did he know his stuff! (I quietly felt a bit sheepish). It only took him 5 minutes to diagnose and discover the roots of the faults. The team is fantastic... I didn’t feel that ‘silent worry’ that we all get when trying a new place for the first time. They all spoke to me with confidence in their findings, not just by telling me, but showing me the problems and explaining (in plain ENGLISH) why and how it happened. My bill was for the Rear diff bushes and Both Front lower arms replacement and a few other things. The job was completed within 24 hours and in my way to collect it I was thinking about a few other small jobs that I had to get done, like replacing a bulb, clearing a few lights on the dash which wasn’t done by the last garage I used and a diagnostic for 1 of the lights. To my surprise, Jit and the team DID IT ALL! I didn’t ask him to do any of this and he didn’t even bill me for it! Absolutely brilliant and attentive. I received progress pictures and messages explaining the work that was being carried out, and why. Spoke to him on Thursday Dropped it off on Friday Got my car back on Saturday The bill didn’t make me cry! Service was second to none!!! Great job guys! Marley!
