Highly recommend this garage and Patrick. Patrick went out of his way to accommodate me, from me having to change the date a couple of times, to coming the evening before and fetching my car and dropping back to me the following evening. I had a flat tyre, and Patrick was able to repair it which I was grateful for as they were bought new a couple of months back. All in all Patrick is reliable and offers a great service of fetching and dropping off the car, which is totally hassle free and easy for me. I believe he is honest and does what he says which is great in an industry where there can be a lot of uncertainty. I had an MOT, full service and paid a bit extra for the tyre repair, hence why the price was slightly higher than the original quote.

Excellent service. The best I’ve recieved. I contacted the site and within 30 minutes I had a response and arranged to pick my car up the very next day and all the work was done in a matter of hours and dropped back to me, perfect! I was called up to check whether further issues could be fixed before going ahead and everything was explained in simple terms so I could understand fully. The price was insane, other mechanics charge an arm and a leg. And to make it even better, I was able to discuss some body work issues I had and will 110% be carrying out the work with this garage ! 10/10 service ! Thanks again

A quite professional and quick service. But, there was a bit of flaw because after the repair, another issue got turned up, The guys from New Shepperton Tyres have promised to look it up, booked a day for that but never turned up, without a word of explanation.

Becky and Mark at Pool Street were wonderful! Cannot recommend this garage highly enough; picked up my mini and towed it anyway free of charge, kept me updated, and completed the repair super quick (even though the place was super busy!). Everyone I met there was super friendly and always seemed hard at work, this will defiantly be my first choice If anything goes wrong with my car ever again, and I’ll be recommending everyone goes here.

Really happy with the staff and did a great job considering i had a sticky caliper and brake pads werent quite fitting correctly. But the lads got it all sorted. Happy with brakes and the staff. Defo recommend.

I would recommend this garage to everyone they fetched my jeep and left me a curtesy car while they had mine I have had my jeep in a few garages and none of them could diognose the problem the good guys garage have taken the time to investigate and fix the problems I couldn't recommend this garage highly enough they deserve 11 out of 10 for their service and price I couldn't be happier thanks guys
