Compare Kia summer check quotes from specialist garages

Kia was founded initially as a bicycle manufacturer in 1944 - a humble beginning for what is now one of the world's largest car makers. At the 2023 Autocar Awards, Kia was named 'Best Manufacturer', a prestigious accolade bestowed by one of the leading automotive publications. It also earned 'Car Brand of the Year' at the 2022 Which? Awards and 'Manufacturer of the Year' at the 2022 Top Gear Awards.

Like many car brands, Kia has forged some connections in Hollywood, partnering with Twentieth Century Fox in 2016 to create the Sorento X-Car, inspired by Wolverine, to promote the film X Men: Days of Future Past.

From staycations to road trips abroad, summer can be a busy time, and the last thing you need is for your car to break down. That's where a summer health check can help - it's a great way to ensure your car is safe for the season ahead.

It involves a thorough inspection of your car's fluids and key components, including the battery, windscreen, lights, wipers, tyres and brakes.

The technician will talk you through any areas that require maintenance, identifying potential problems before they become serious. That's why booking a summer check can save you money as well as giving you extra peace of mind.

Even if you're a pro at car maintenance - and good for you if you are! - the opinion of an expert mechanic can be invaluable for alleviating any niggling doubts about the safety and condition of your vehicle.
