John the mechanic arrived. Very nice manner and professional. Carried out the work, and did so non stop and without complaint despite the freezing temperatures. Car was left in perfect condition. Excellent update on a few other advisories, which will be carried out in the new year. We will book a full service for my Good Lady's car and hopefully we get the same mechanic. Many thanks.
