Just an exceptional service front to back. Came to me, on time, very friendly and was extremely truthful and honest about how the other garage that (previously) serviced my car and told me the pads needed changing, were stretching the truth somewhat. I asked Wyatt's to change the pads regardless (under no pressure) - honestly like that is not often found in this industry and is worth my custom. I'll be using Wyatt's for my servicing, parts, and anything automotive in the future. Would recommend to anyone.
Jack was very engaging and easy to get along with, professional in asking relevant questions before commencing work. He then explained and shared exactly what he was doing through the diagnostic testing, re-assuring me that he had the customers best interest at heart.
