I had issue with my Audi A6 dual mass flywheel 12 plate. Patrick is very knowledgeable mechanic, he spoke to me over the phone on Friday and was ready to fix the problem very next day on saturday, he collected my car in the morning at 8am and fixed my car at 4pm the same day he then drove back to me with my car, explained to what work he had done and interestingly recorded the video while carrying out the work. he had wireless card payment machine so was easy to pay him. pleased with everything and big thanks to Patrick

Had to get my Cambelt and Water Pump replaced. Had my fair share of doubts at first as the price was a lot cheaper than other garages, but the work done was second to none and also at a very reasonable price. Lovely people and service, would defo return!

They were great, I had been quoted £95 for a new wing mirror to be sprayed and fitted. In the event I didn't need to have the paint work done so they just fitted the mirror for me as I stood there. As I didn't need all of the work they had quoted more for they charged me less than I was quoted. Even though they are not my closest garage, I would definitiely use again

BRILLIANT. i was put in touch with Pool street garage and i spoke to a mechanic on the phone. He suggested i bring my van round so he could have a look before quoting me a price. When i arrived he greeted me with a hand shake and addressed me as Mr Woolliscroft. He put the van over a pit and inspected all the front suspension. He called me over, showed me what the problem was and explained in easy to understand terms what needed to be done. I was very happy with the price, i gave them a day that would be most convenient and they gave me a time. The work was completed in about 1 1/2 hrs while i did some Christmas shopping in town. I was very impressed with the service and i will definitely be going back for any other work/servicing etc. Highly recommend

Well what can we say except .....WOW. This is how a garage should be run. Main dealerships take note! Mark the mechanic who came to do the job on my husband’s car couldn’t have been nicer. He can’t do enough for his customers and it’s a first class service. Kept informed at every stage and before work proceeded made sure we were happy. You have found new customers as we shall be back for the MOT and anything else that needs doing. Would definitely recommend this garage from the reaction staff to the mechanics ..... a very well oiled machine business.

I always use this garage as the staff are very friendly, they do a pick up and drop off for no extra cost and their prices are very low. Only £25 for an MOT. I would definitely recommend
