Highly recommend this garage and Patrick. Patrick went out of his way to accommodate me, from me having to change the date a couple of times, to coming the evening before and fetching my car and dropping back to me the following evening. I had a flat tyre, and Patrick was able to repair it which I was grateful for as they were bought new a couple of months back. All in all Patrick is reliable and offers a great service of fetching and dropping off the car, which is totally hassle free and easy for me. I believe he is honest and does what he says which is great in an industry where there can be a lot of uncertainty. I had an MOT, full service and paid a bit extra for the tyre repair, hence why the price was slightly higher than the original quote.

Excellent service. The best I’ve recieved. I contacted the site and within 30 minutes I had a response and arranged to pick my car up the very next day and all the work was done in a matter of hours and dropped back to me, perfect! I was called up to check whether further issues could be fixed before going ahead and everything was explained in simple terms so I could understand fully. The price was insane, other mechanics charge an arm and a leg. And to make it even better, I was able to discuss some body work issues I had and will 110% be carrying out the work with this garage ! 10/10 service ! Thanks again

Becky and Mark at Pool Street were wonderful! Cannot recommend this garage highly enough; picked up my mini and towed it anyway free of charge, kept me updated, and completed the repair super quick (even though the place was super busy!). Everyone I met there was super friendly and always seemed hard at work, this will defiantly be my first choice If anything goes wrong with my car ever again, and I’ll be recommending everyone goes here.

Really happy with the staff and did a great job considering i had a sticky caliper and brake pads werent quite fitting correctly. But the lads got it all sorted. Happy with brakes and the staff. Defo recommend.

The communication was really good and I had my booking confirmed within an hour or so. The guys at the garage were really friendly, and after my car failed it's MOT they took the time so show me the issues that cause the failure and explained the problems. They gave really me a really decent quote for the work and got the job done really quick. It's difficult to know if you can trust independent garages some times but these guys were really good.
The job was done quickly. Very polite, no unexploded bombs. Price quoted was competitive. Very pleased to deal with.
job done quickly and efficiently, at a fair and competitive price. should give you 5 stars, but I am docking 1 star for collection and delivery, some room for improvement. nevertheless I have no hesitation in recommending this garage. I will be going back myself in a few weeks when the timing belt will be due replacement.
Pleasure dealing with Zak and rest of guys. Very polite and explained what was needed on top of my service and MOT and gave advice on what I may need doing in not too distant future. Price quoted was very good. Very pleased with all aspects and the car feels perfect.
