Final price was exactly as quoted. Great customer service and efficient job.
Firstly, I ordered a full service, but due to certain circumstances this had to be downgraded. I also had an issue after with my steering. I emailed the company about the steering issue and mentioned that I was dissappointed with having to downgrade my service. Before a response came through, the technicians were outside and my car sorted. That is the best customer service I've ever had. On top of that, when I got a response to my email, there was also the offer of a part refund because I didn't get the service that was booked in. This was unexpected and greatly received. With service like that I would 100% recomend this garage to anyone. Plus they come to you and the technicians are very polite and friendly.
