The communication was really good and I had my booking confirmed within an hour or so. The guys at the garage were really friendly, and after my car failed it's MOT they took the time so show me the issues that cause the failure and explained the problems. They gave really me a really decent quote for the work and got the job done really quick. It's difficult to know if you can trust independent garages some times but these guys were really good.

Lee called me swirly asking about my car and within an hour my car was being worked on. I was able to stay in a comfortable area while the brake discs and pads were replaced and I was back on the road in no time. Thanks guys, great service.

I recently had an aircon re-gas here on my Merc SL350. I can't recommend this garage highly enough. The owner went out of his way not only to explain the process but also to clear all the fault codes that had accumulated over the years and provide valuable advice to stop several of them re-appearing. This was my first time using this garage but it certainly won't be my last. Highly recommended.

I went to Parkside Garage thinking it was my CV joints that were faulty but it turned out to be my front top strut mounts. I phoned Parkside to book my appointment and they fit me in for the following morning. They phoned me to let me know it was my strut mounts that were faulty and advised that the cost would be slightly higher. and if i was happy for them to continue. They fixed it for me that same day and I was able to collect it after I finished work. They did an excellent job my car feels like a dream to drive again! I was so happy with the service that I've booked my MOT with them and will definitely be a regular customer of theirs from now on! The staff are all really pleasant and friendly too! :)

Despite not adding the price for a filter, the quote was extremely reasonable. Whilst it was at the garage, we asked them to have a look at other minor things. They were really friendly and helpful, what was good about them as well, was they were genuine in what needed doing to the van and didn't try anything on. We will definitely be using them again.
